After moving back to the area, my BMW had been shifting poorly following a transmission oil flush I had performed in CA. I suspected it was under filled and decided to give this shop a call. Greg was kind enough to fit me into his busy schedule to take a look at my transmission a day later and confirmed that my oil was about 1L under filled. He topped it off and test drove to confirm no damage had been sustained and my car drives wonderfully again. Was charged for oil and a very reasonable hour of labor. Was able to get reimbursed by the prior shop for the charges too since they made a mistake.
