Very disappointing experience with this service department. My vehicle was towed in for an overheating issue, and from the start I had to constantly call for updates. I was given inaccurate timelines, and the repair was delayed due to an incorrect part being ordered. While I was out of the country, I was billed for an oil change I never authorized--even though my vehicle is covered under a maintenance program elsewhere. After picking up the car, the same issue returned within 24 hours (empty coolant and antifreeze smell). I was told this was "normal," which is clearly not accurate. I brought the car back, and then went over two weeks with almost no communication aside from automated emails. Overall, poor communication, questionable repair quality, and unauthorized charges. I would not trust this service department again. read more

What a seamless experience from start to finish. Ethan is the best salesperson we have encountered in all of our research. What a star. He is knowledgeable, kind, humorous and very patient. The entire group of dealership employees that we spoke with are so very friendly and knowledgeable. We had recently been to Lexus, Infinity and Genesis dealerships in search of our new vehicle. Mike Lawrence was direct and straight forward with me from the start and introduced me to a very good sales person, Corey Robertson who just knocked otnout of the park with facilitating the paperwork and pre and post sale support. We know how challenging it can be to get the best deals out there and are so thrilled we discovered this smaller town, country dealership on Clinton! I recommend learning what you need to know in terms of features & price options (lease or buy) and then just go or call Mike or Corey! They know their business but when you are offered a solid value deal, you owe it to yourself to know this but these guys will explain it layman terms why it is a very good value. With me on this purchase, they did not have to. I knew it was the best offer I had seen with the least amount, in fact, no haggling. It was a conversation and it was enjoyable. The byproduct was I gave them $$ they have me reliable, safe transportation at my budgeted price point without knowing what that budgeted price point was! Most people consider the sales interaction as a 1 on 1 competition and then you do all of the meaningful stuff with he service department. Largely, that is true! But, the cost you close on for the next 36 months is Giant reminder of good or bad sales interaction while the service experience largely is patronizing oil changes and tire rotations. Free! I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and recently had it serviced here as well. I was extremely satisfied with both departments at the dealership. They exceeded my expectations. Bob is the gentleman who sold me the car back in February, and went above and beyond to make sure that the deal worked best for me and even stayed after hours to make sure I knew how to use ever function of the car. The service department also did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle, and keeping me updated throughout the process. Upon return... They even left a thank you card with a mint which I thought was a nice touch. Definitely can feel that they appreciation your business as it seems to be a smaller family owned place. Went to the dealership this past Tuesday morning, NO ONE in show room, their were 2 sales people at the desk and neither wanted to help me would not make eye contact me and yes they knew I was there.. I looked at the 2 models I was interested in , was thinking of leaving since no one seemed interested in helping after a while. Finally the salesman came over and asked me if I needed some help. Told him I purchased my last car here and was ready to upgrade my car. Showed absolutely no interest answered a question or 3 kept looking out on to the highway , no questions for me, so I quickly got the hint he thought I was wasting his time. I asked him if the vehicle had a 3rd row and he said yes, did not open the car door to show me or anything. Finally I opened the door and asked him can you show me how the seat tilts forward, no interest what so ever, it just would have been nice if he demonstrated his product with some degree of enthusiasm how the vehicle works .I do not need my husband to purchase a vehicle I purchased my last one on my own and my husband just drove me over to pick it up when it was ready. We have already discussed the budget we were willing to spend and some features I would like the car to have. I left and was disappointed the level of service I received. Truly disappointed. I don;t know what was on their screens at their desk but it was clearly more interesting than making a sale. read more

I always use this dealership for service on my 2011 TSX. no problems, ever. recently was surprised to be charged $244 for a tire. I checked it out on line & found Sears wanted a bit MORE, and Tire Rack was only slightly less, without mounting & balancing.
