Cannot say I have experienced an easier vehicle lease than this! Mike Lawrence was direct and straight forward with me from the start and introduced me to a very good sales person, Corey Robertson who just knocked otnout of the park with facilitating the paperwork and pre and post sale support. We know how challenging it can be to get the best deals out there and are so thrilled we discovered this smaller town, country dealership on Clinton! I recommend learning what you need to know in terms of features & price options (lease or buy) and then just go or call Mike or Corey! They know their business but when you are offered a solid value deal, you owe it to yourself to know this but these guys will explain it layman terms why it is a very good value. With me on this purchase, they did not have to. I knew it was the best offer I had seen with the least amount, in fact, no haggling. It was a conversation and it was enjoyable. The byproduct was I gave them $$ they have me reliable, safe transportation at my budgeted price point without knowing what that budgeted price point was! Most people consider the sales interaction as a 1 on 1 competition and then you do all of the meaningful stuff with he service department. Largely, that is true! But, the cost you close on for the next 36 months is Giant reminder of good or bad sales interaction while the service experience largely is patronizing oil changes and tire rotations. Free! These are good people with a good product. read more

Bought a car from Clinton Acura and had the worst experience ever with the service department. Brought the car in for an oil change and the car came out with 5 deep gouges on the drivers side and the front rim was extremely damaged. Will never purchase another vehicle here and my car will never enter the service garage. This company has a serious problem in the service center. read more

Very disappointing experience with this service department. My vehicle was towed in for an overheating issue, and from the start I had to constantly call for updates. I was given inaccurate timelines, and the repair was delayed due to an incorrect part being ordered. While I was out of the country, I was billed for an oil change I never authorized--even though my vehicle is covered under a maintenance program elsewhere. After picking up the car, the same issue returned within 24 hours (empty coolant and antifreeze smell). I was told this was "normal," which is clearly not accurate. I brought the car back, and then went over two weeks with almost no communication aside from automated emails. Overall, poor communication, questionable repair quality, and unauthorized charges. I would not trust this service department again. read more

I worked with Rich and Rio to make a deal on a new Acura. I found the to be great to work with, and look forward to working with them again in the future. If you haven't been there I would suggest talking with them before making a purchase. read more

What a seamless experience from start to finish. Ethan is the best salesperson we have encountered in all of our research. What a star. He is knowledgeable, kind, humorous and very patient. The entire group of dealership employees that we spoke with are so very friendly and knowledgeable. We had recently been to Lexus, Infinity and Genesis dealerships in search of our new vehicle. We were never greeted at the door and sometimes waited as much as fifteen minutes to be greeted. This is an example of how to run a dealership. We would highly recommend. Nicely done! read more

This is our second purchase with Matt at Clinton Acura! Everyone from the sales team to the service staff are on point. Our MDX is my favorite car and they always go above and beyond. Our new TLX is the second one we have bought and we wouldn't go anywhere else. If you are considering an Acura, Clinton is the way to go! read more

This is my 2nd Acura I've leased thru Clinton Acura. It was such a nice experience. Andy Wagnac was the sales associate who helped me and all I can say is that he was the most pleasant, knowledgeable and patient sales person I have ever dealt with. I was just looking and did indeed lease a new TLX that same day replacing my ILX. Between him and the GM and the Finance person it was truly a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Andy. read more

I went there twice with an extended warranty issue. Both times it was not covered. Electrical issues. What did I pay for. Why do I have a bumper to bumper warranty that doesn't cover anything. I'm done. Shame on me for doing it a second time. Shady read more

We had shopped around for an Acura TLX A-Spec 6cy AWD with the red leather interior. No other car dealer could beat Clinton Acura's prices...and I mean none! No other dealer came close...so, we drove 50 minutes out of our area to check them out....totally worth it! The experience, itself, was very pleasant from start to finish; We truly couldn't be happier with our new car! We would highly recommend Clinton Acura...wish we could give more than 5 stars! read more

Absolutely best dealership! Always a great experience evidenced by buying our 4th Acura with them! From sales experience with Keith, Mike the GM always makes time to come and talk to us and I can't say enough about their service managers Rick and Jimmy. It's what keeps us coming back!! read more

Gerald in the Service Department was super helpful in sorting out a problem with my car radio that was caused by another Acura dealership. Great attitude, didn't charge me a dime and had things working in no time. A little goodwill goes a long way! Seems like the reviews on this place are all-or-nothing but all I can say is they've always been good to me and today was no exception. Thanks, Gerald! read more

By far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I was in and out of the dealership in 35 minutes! I drove 40 minutes from my house to get my car and I wouldn't think twice about doing it again. Besides having the best price, the staff was professional, friendly, thorough and most importantly honest. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to this outstanding place! This place is like no other and hands down the best dealership in the tristate area. read more

My husband and I stopped in to learn more about the RDX and MDX. Tom was extremely patient and helpful. We also spoke with Mike, the GM, and he treated us with care and respect. We didn't end up buying the car today but we were really impressed with their customer service! If you're in the market for an Acura, this is a great dealership to visit. read more

My car has been serviced twice at Clinton Acura and each time was a great experience from the second I dropped it off to when I picked it up. Jimmy Apgar, the service Manager was exceptional and always made me feel like I was being taken care of. My car is 12 years old and it has never run better! I know so many people who take their cars for service here and have all felt the same. If you have any make or model vehicle and need a trustworthy and professional place, go see Jimmy you won't regret it!!! read more

Bought a used vehicle there and I do understand that it wasn't a "Certified" Used Vehicle ....however my first time driving the vehicle at night I discovered that half the dash lights didn't work,....and the rear door window is inoperable....when I spoke with the Genera Manager he said to bring the truck back...which I did and he went out of his way n above n beyond to accommodate me n fix the problems for me....a Very welcome experience read more

Keith Kraycirik, Clinton Acura's Senior Sales Consultant, did a great job as my wife and I bought a certified used 2019 TLX. We were both very impressed and happy with his help steering our transaction through the finance and closing process. Keith gave us friendly advice and great customer service. read more

*This is the same post I posted on google reviews, I want to make sure more people know about this place* This place is one of those oddities in the car dealership business where everything is excellent from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It feels more like your visiting old friends rather than buying a car, you're treated like a person and not just a sale. My wife and I walked in prepared to play the "dealership game," but they completely pulled the rug out from under us in a GOOD way. Jason, Mike, and Mark work like a well oiled machine and explain everything in plain and direct detail, none of that rush and confusion stuff. I had a fantastic time buying a car. We will definitely be back there again for a second car, you never let a good thing slip by. Just walk into that place for 5 minutes (whether you're buying or not) and you'll see exactly what I mean. Thank you Clinton Acura. read more

Despicable bastards. Low balling my super rare Mustang Mach 1 and not moving on the price of their car. I was a repeat customer as well as US AIR FORCE VETERAN, and STILL, they tried to rip me off! My advice is to AVOID this dealership, they are without a soul, a heart or any conscious whatsoever! AVOID this place! No damn good. read more

I have been a customer of Clinton Acura since 2004 and have had 13 Acura's in my family . I have always been treated exceptionally well by the Sales and Service Departments. Last week I signed a new lease for a 2019 TLX that Mike Lawrence helped me with and I couldn't be happier. I also worked with Keith and Maggie who were also very helpful. I recommend Clinton Acura to all my family and friends that are looking to buy or lease a car. I love the fact that Acura rewards customers for their loyalty. read more

following up on my first review on Clinton Acura. I have to give them a compliment.........the General Manager called me directly after reading my email to the dealer and was very concerned about how the deal went wrong. Although I did not end up buying the car after our discussions, I have to admit it was very nice to see someone care about the Customer experience. I'll chalk this one up to miscommunication (on the Salesperson) and give the Management of the dealership a compliment for their concern and follow thru. read more

I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and recently had it serviced here as well. I was extremely satisfied with both departments at the dealership. They exceeded my expectations. Bob is the gentleman who sold me the car back in February, and went above and beyond to make sure that the deal worked best for me and even stayed after hours to make sure I knew how to use ever function of the car. The service department also did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle, and keeping me updated throughout the process. Upon return... They even left a thank you card with a mint which I thought was a nice touch. Definitely can feel that they appreciation your business as it seems to be a smaller family owned place. Places like this, in my opinion, always care more about their customers. I have never been to a better dealership and do not plan on going to any others after the wonderful experience they provided me. read more

Total rip-off artists. Had an NSX and replaced fan motor, around $500. Said it was warrented for 12 months. Died again 6 months later, and they not only refused to honor the warranty, they charged me another $500 to replace it without my authorization. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! read more

I just purchased a preowned vehicle from Clinton Acura and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Everyone was so accommodating and made my car buying experience nothing short of great. I would absolutely recommend everyone to go to Clinton Acura. read more

I always use this dealership for service on my 2011 TSX. no problems, ever. recently was surprised to be charged $244 for a tire. I checked it out on line & found Sears wanted a bit MORE, and Tire Rack was only slightly less, without mounting & balancing. Maybe I could have done better, but the price was not a rip-off, as I feared. I continue to think this is a great shop ... good, friendly, service, fair prices read more

I had bought used Acura MDX from this dealer and Frank was manager. I bought extended warranty as well. I sold off my car and asked them to cancel my extended warranty and return the money back. It was close to 1K USD that they owed me back. Needless to Say, never got my money back. read more

Went to the dealership this past Tuesday morning, NO ONE in show room, their were 2 sales people at the desk and neither wanted to help me would not make eye contact me and yes they knew I was there.. I looked at the 2 models I was interested in , was thinking of leaving since no one seemed interested in helping after a while. Finally the salesman came over and asked me if I needed some help. Told him I purchased my last car here and was ready to upgrade my car. Showed absolutely no interest answered a question or 3 kept looking out on to the highway , no questions for me, so I quickly got the hint he thought I was wasting his time. I asked him if the vehicle had a 3rd row and he said yes, did not open the car door to show me or anything. Finally I opened the door and asked him can you show me how the seat tilts forward, no interest what so ever, it just would have been nice if he demonstrated his product with some degree of enthusiasm how the vehicle works .I do not need my husband to purchase a vehicle I purchased my last one on my own and my husband just drove me over to pick it up when it was ready. We have already discussed the budget we were willing to spend and some features I would like the car to have. I left and was disappointed the level of service I received. Truly disappointed. I don;t know what was on their screens at their desk but it was clearly more interesting than making a sale. read more
