The best way to describe the quality of their shop is by sharing the story of the last time we went in for service. I hit a big pothole and ended up denting the wheel on my car. Before taking the car in I was fearful that I would need an expensive repair. I took the car into their shop and was called a few hours later telling me that the dent has been fixed and the car drives great. Best part about this story is that the repair was under $40 total. And the car runs great!

I called for a next available service appointment, and booked an appointment for the following week.I had mentioned not knowing if it was something mechanical or just needed an alignment. The service manager, Jamie, called back the same day and arranged for me to come in the next day in case the issue was mechanical. Happily it just needed alignment. Jamie, as always, was accommodating and spot on. I have been a satisfied customer for over 25 years and highly recommend the dealership.

We know how challenging it can be to get the best deals out there and are so thrilled we discovered this smaller town, country dealership on Clinton! I recommend learning what you need to know in terms of features & price options (lease or buy) and then just go or call Mike or Corey! They know their business but when you are offered a solid value deal, you owe it to yourself to know this but these guys will explain it layman terms why it is a very good value. With me on this purchase, they did not have to. I knew it was the best offer I had seen with the least amount, in fact, no haggling. It was a conversation and it was enjoyable. The byproduct was I gave them $$ they have me reliable, safe transportation at my budgeted price point without knowing what that budgeted price point was! Most people consider the sales interaction as a 1 on 1 competition and then you do all of the meaningful stuff with he service department. Largely, that is true! But, the cost you close on for the next 36 months is Giant reminder of good or bad sales interaction while the service experience largely is patronizing oil changes and tire rotations. Free! These are good people with a good product.
