I purchased an almost $2,000.00 shower door and had Ankeny Glass install it. It showed up with a…read morescratch near one side. I showed the installer how to turn the glass around and upside down to hide the defect instead of waiting for a new panel. It is almost one year old and leaks in a corner of the shower. I called them and it was like they wanted me to beg them to come out and fix it. After about 5 minutes on the phone and listening to the sales person ask me to ask her again to send someone out to fix it, I replied each time, I'm not going to beg you to fix it, you can fix it or not. If you don't, I guess I'll fix it. Literally 3 times I said i won't beg you to fix it, she said, I don't want to be talked to that way, I replied, then tell me you're going to send someone out to fix it, she replied once again, do you want me to send someone out to fix it? Ugghh, Sometimes it's just easier to accept that customer service is dead and just fix the dang thing myself.

He took the time to listen, ask questions, and really figure out the issue. I expected to leave my car all day, but it was fixed within minutes. I was stressed beforehand because I thought it was going to be an expensive fix, but they didn't charge which was so appreciated and unexpected. We've had a couple of heavy storms since, and not a single drop has leaked in. Problem completely solved, highly recommend! On top of that, when I mentioned to people that I was going to take my car to an auto glass shop, literally everyone said "Make sure you go to All Star", so clearly they have a well deserved positive reputation!
