If items are regularly selling out that early, then either more food needs to be prepared or the menu needs to better reflect what's realistically available. Another thing that surprised me is that I've visited other food trucks and carts that have been featured on TV shows, and many of them have an app, online ordering, or some way to place an order ahead of time. Where do you order Harlem Seafood Soul from? If I'm spending over $30 for lunch, I'd like the option to place my order in advance and have it ready when I arrive. To be fair, the wait wasn't long, and my frustration isn't with the people working there. Everything looked good, and I'm still planning to try the shrimp and grits. My issue is with availability. It's hard to get excited about menu items that aren't there when you arrive. I love supporting Black-owned businesses, and I want Harlem Seafood Soul to succeed.
