I chose them because I wanted Architectural Digest-level design and craftsmanship -- and they delivered. The basement stairs were in rough shape: worn carpet, damaged treads, scratched baseboards, cracked drywall, and poor lighting. I asked for something artistic to replace the eyesore, and they created a beautiful, striking transformation. For the master bathroom, I wanted heated tile floors instead of carpet, a refinished vanity, wallpaper removal, and repairs to water damaged drywall. The results are stunning. Rather than acting with integrity, the business elected to tell a lie, as the project was likely not lucrative enough for them. On June 3rd I texted them again saying I had not heard from them, but we still wanted to do it. Rescheduled for Monday June 9th. On the preceding Friday they asked if we could move it to Tuesday the 10th. I said fine. On Tuesday morning they told me it would not work for them that day, and that they would knock $100 off the price in consideration of the repeated inconvenience and come on Wednesday, today, the 11th. Today, no show and no call. It is now 27 days after my original contact and this work has still not been done. I'm going to have to find someone else.
