I echo what many others have shared in that Jorge is incredibly professional and responsive. I got married in La Arboleda in the Lompoc area and had interviewed many other wedding caterers. Many of which charged an arm and a leg for every item - literally, serving spoons, chafing dishes, linens, tables, every piece had a markup fee as well for convenience even though they were all likely rented from the same rental company that I could have rented from directly. Jorge gave the option for an inclusive flat rate set-up and service fee which was so much more reasonable and simple.
