They got my specific request for the catering since we have guest who are vegetarian and prefers only white chicken meat. I had this service tonight for my birthday. Had all my family and friends over which was about 35 people and it was suppose to be serviced for 2 hours. The food ran out in an hour. The owner claims that they weigh the food and they are only suppose to serve one plate to each guest which was never communicated to us ever. I've been to many parties where there has been a taco man and 1. They have never ran out of food and 2. I've never been told you can't have more than 3 tiny street tacos. Well, I had 10 guests who didn't get any food. When I called to let the owner know she told me tough luck and I was still required to pay full amount. I'm annoyed because I've used this company other times and I've never been in this situation. My guests ate the same amount as always and usually I'm left over with a lot of food. This time they served me for 1 hour! I'd expect to pay for less service since that's what I got. The owner told me that each guest should only have 3 tacos max. I have never had a taco man and expected people to only have 3 tacos. Also, the cook bragged multiple times about an 11 year old eating 22 tacos at a past event and it makes me wonder how was that kid able to eat that much if guests are only allowed to eat 3 tacos each? Simple to say I would not recommend this taco man. Talk about shrink-flation. I've been to 100+ taco parties in my life and I have never EVER heard of not getting seconds.
