Taco and Catering - Dinner table had a beautiful presentation. Complicated by my guests how great the tables looked. - Caterers Near Me

We were hosting a family baby shower and the caterer we were going to use wasn't going to work out. We found Ruben and he immediately jumped in without regard to the short timeline. Ruben and his company do not disappoint! He met with us to see the venue and show us the different options for tacos, accommodating us with a guac/chip bar, and helping serve not only the food, but also the strawberry lemonade. He worked with us to find a good space to set up the taco bar and his food was delicious! The presentation beautiful. The carne asada disappeared quickly, the chicken fajita and vegetable tacos were equally as mouth-watering. He even threw in radishes for me even though we already had our side dishes picked out! We will definitely work with Ruben again in the future! You won't be disappointed! He and his company are great partners in throwing an amazing party! read more

I truly could not say enough great things about Ruben and Taco and Catering. We had them cater a backyard wedding reception and they were amazing. Ruben was so kind and helpful throughout the whole planning process. I booked him quite far in advance, but every few months he would check in to make sure everything is still set and to see if there are any changes. The food was great, service was more than expected, prices are fair and I heard from many people attending the event how nice they were. I would 100% recommend Taco and Catering for any of your catering needs. Thank you, Ruben! read more

I'm not from the area, but, I wanted a local caterer for my daughter's wedding. After reading the positive reviews I made an appointment to meet with Ruben and discuss options. I knew I made the right decision as he was very conscientious, takes pride in his business and pays attention to every detail. He brought samples of the chicken, beef and several homemade salsas. Ruben and Allen delivered samples of their tamales, salsas, and avocados to my wife and I all the way to Huntington Beach where we live. We enjoyed their shredded beef tamale, their ground beef and potato tamale, and their red and green salsas. Even the avocados were good. My wife is so impressed, she wants to help Ruben and Allen cater an event sometime! I just want to kick back and enjoy the food at one of their events in the future along with a bottle of Modelo. read more

I had an amazing experience with Ruben! I contacted him last minute looking for a caterer for my sisters baby shower. He responded immediately and walked me through the process of building the perfect selection of food and sides for our guests. Food was fantastic, our guests ate everything! I did the premium package with the carne asada, el pastor and chicken fajitas! The portions of the 10 sides I selected were the perfect amount for our party of about 50 people. The habanero salsa was hot! My husband loves hot, and he said it was hot! Full of flavor, he loved it so much we took the rest home! Ruben was kind, punctual, and quick to respond any time I reached out to him. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to cater a party and not stress about the food! read more
