We were hosting a family baby shower and the caterer we were going to use wasn't going to work out. We found Ruben and he immediately jumped in without regard to the short timeline. He met with us to see the venue and show us the different options for tacos, accommodating us with a guac/chip bar, and helping serve not only the food, but also the strawberry lemonade. Ruben and Allen delivered samples of their tamales, salsas, and avocados to my wife and I all the way to Huntington Beach where we live. We enjoyed their shredded beef tamale, their ground beef and potato tamale, and their red and green salsas. Even the avocados were good.
