We were hosting a family baby shower and the caterer we were going to use wasn't going to work out. We found Ruben and he immediately jumped in without regard to the short timeline. Ruben and his company do not disappoint! He met with us to see the venue and show us the different options for tacos, accommodating us with a guac/chip bar, and helping serve not only the food, but also the strawberry lemonade. He worked with us to find a good space to set up the taco bar and his food was delicious! The presentation beautiful. The carne asada disappeared quickly, the chicken fajita and vegetable tacos were equally as mouth-watering. He even threw in radishes for me even though we already had our side dishes picked out! Ruben and Allen delivered samples of their tamales, salsas, and avocados to my wife and I all the way to Huntington Beach where we live. We enjoyed their shredded beef tamale, their ground beef and potato tamale, and their red and green salsas. Even the avocados were good. Best tacos and service in the (805) Ruben and Allen know how to do things and how make people happy, from the presentation to flavor all excellent, my family had have them many times and all the time the are consistent.
