The customer phone service is inadequate. The phone tree and wait time to get assistance is very poor.

Just went above and beyond to be helpful, but more than that, he also had such a pleasant and kind demeanor that I wanted to make him stay and be my new BFF. What a sweetheart. As a woman who is often home alone for these calls, I've had more than one uncomfortable experience. Victor just radiates reassurance and put me instantly at ease. I called his supervisor, Steve, to tell him what a good experience I had, but I also want to recognize him on here. He was only here for about 20 minutes, total, but made a very positive impression. He turned on the line, was very friendly to my pets, and then took the time to both explain how the water heater and furnace system work, how to check them for any problems, how to adjust the water heat level, and then checked around the house for CO leaks, because I'm a jeweler and have had false positives due to my acetylene torch. He was efficient, so it's not like he wasted time, but in that short amount of time, I learned things about my house's heating/water that I'm embarrassed I made it to this age without knowing. Also, the exhaust tube for the water heater wasn't lined up properly, so he adjusted it and double tested it to make sure my kids and I would be safe from CO leaks. If every big company had employees this competent, personable, and helpful, you'd have a lot fewer Karens b*tching about things. Victor, if you ever see this and are in the market for a new bestie, I'm in

Xcel Energy is the worst company with extremely bad customer service. if I had a choice, I would…read morenever used its services. I have a few accounts with this company, which didn't send its bill to customers, and over charged me all the time. Since last year, this company started to bill to me, after so many customers complained for years, but it sends my bills to wrong address. It won't changed my addresses to the right ones, after I requested over and again. With this address confusing, I paid my bills to wrong account, which made one account was overpaid for $400, the other one was later for $252.89. Thus yesterday I received a 'Residential Notice of Discontinuance of Utility Service', asking me to pay $252.89 in 10 days. With the Notice in hand, I called Xcel Customer Service, the customer representative checked with my name and add, then told me I don't owe any money, but have $342.58 credit. she said ignore this letter, just throw it away. I asked her to check carefully, as I have a few accounts, finally she found one of my accounts is due for $252.89. She became very rude, saying it was my fault not to pay bills on time, as if she totally forgot she just told me not to worry about the bill. I told her because the billing address was not correct, that confused me, though I tried to pay each of them on time. The fact was I did pay on time, so I begged her to tell me how much I was penalized, and if she could excuse me this time, or if I could speak to her manager about it. She started to yell at me, " No, no manager is available, I can't never waive Any charges nor fees, I only can transfer your payment to the right account. Do you want to do or not? I asked again how much was the charge and fees, why her manager is not available, she refused to answer any of the questions. I had to call again, to take this issue to another Xcel customer representative, whose name was Kelly. She is worse than the other one. She told me that she can not transfer my money from the wrong account to the right one, as it was not their mistake. But that is my money, and I paid my money to the wrong account, because of they sent the bill to wrong address. My money was paid to Xcel on time, and now the money is still in Xcel 's hand. How can Xcel fined me, shut down my utilities, while it has my full payment in its hand? After I spent hours to communicate with the worst customer service representatives, I could not fix any of my problems, they instituted not to transfer my money to my right account, but send a check back to me, in a month. How hateful!

People watching is never disappointing either. Usually takes us about 40-45 minutes to get to Union Station. My only complaint about all of these stations is they need more ticket machines. This one isn't as much of a problem as Union Station or Pepsi Center where we have waited 45 minutes after an event to get our tickets. I would give negative stars but I'm not given the option I was reading these reviews and every…read moresingle one of them except for two are all one star reviews. And then the other two reviews are just two star reviews. How are you guys even in business? Funny someone else had already written that in a review.. I'm flabbergasted! The customer service is not even subpar. We've been fighting with them because they keep saying we have a 1000 gallon tank on our property when we literally only have two 500 gallon tanks but they're charging us for 1, 1000 gallon tank and a 500 gallon tank. Our invoice on installment says two 500 gallon tanks why they switched it to 1000. I'm not quite sure but I think that's illegal and it's called fraudulent. So this also means that the contract we have with them is now void because they are in breach of that contract! An it's their own contract. The guy when we called the customer service line asked us why we paid the bill if it was wrong? Do you wanna sleep in the house that's 32°? It's warmer outside than it is inside. And another telling sign that the contract is now void is that we are forced to make a payment due to economic hardship. The customer service people are ignorant. We were on the phone for two hours. When in the first 5 mins I said I wanted to speak to a manager. The guy try to handle the situation on his own, which clearly he was incapable of doing so an hour and 45 minutes goes by an he was like well I can't help you with them. I'm gonna have to transfer you to my manager. Well, no sh*t! 15 minutes later, they hang up on us after waiting on the phone for two hours!!! Every time my husband has me call they tell me I'm not on the contract or I'm not on the paperwork so they can't tell me anything. I was the original owner on the account! I'm the one who made the first initial appointment now all of a sudden I don't have authorization to discuss it. Im the one who made the account! And then when my husband try's to put me "on the account" they never add me. I went onto the website and added my number in hopes hopefully they'll talk to me but still no! There's no communication from the office to the customer service center. They do not communicate AT ALL! When you tell the people at the office that they're charging you for 1000 gallon tank and it's a 500 gallon tank they won't even look at the receipt that states that they put two 500 gallon tanks on my property they just tell me well talk to the driver. What does the driver have anything to do with my account? That's not his job! He put down two 500 gallon tanks because that's what's on my original receipt! The office had to have changed i! We've also been charged with late fees even if the bill was paid in full! They also are charging us for maintenance on the propane tank that is rented from them. They are supposed to take care of the normal wear and tear on the propane tank, not us and they charge us a service fee of $300 to service their propane tank. My husband and I just got out of a lawsuit with Christian brothers because they took off with one of the trucks for three hours and stole all of our shit out of the truck. So we sued them and we won. Looks like this is gonna be another one of those cases if we don't get any resolution ASAP. And yeah, we even signed our rights away for a NO jury trial. The judge was the jury and we still won! For the simple fact of stealing and being in breach of their own contract. I'm so sick of big corporations feeling like they can take advantage of people it's so disgusting to me the lack of integrity these days is beyond me! Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves! And why is there a no run out contract but I still have to go check the propane tank to see if it's getting low on propane in order to call you to let you know that my propane is getting low. Why is there a no run out contract if I'm still having to call them when I'm running low to order more propane. It should be a self monitoring contract not a never run out because we have run out. If it's a no run out contract shouldn't they know when it's going to run out? They don't monitor it? The contract doesn't make sense! It should be, You monitor, you call us, we fill within the month.

    Sewer Lines Only

I honestly can't say enough about this company. This is my second repair with Sewer Lines Only, a…read morecollapsed secondary line replacement in 2024 and a collapsed lateral this month on a 120+ year old duplex in Sloan Lake. I was 7 days from closing on a sale, the line was discovered during inspection. The other duplex owner was rightfully out of her mind because the line ran under her beautiful stamped patio. Sewer Lines Only recommended tunneling under the patio from my property. We had (I'm counting....) 7 very reputable sewer companies quote this job. No one else mentioned going in from the side, and when I circled back to ask, none could. SLO's quote was 25% lower than the next lowest bid (thousands in savings) and 50-75% lower than most bids. So I was hesitant. Enter Joe from SLO - a project manager or engineer? He was so confident they could do this job from the side (really confident, not salesy confident), he made himself available to me at any time to explain the work but never once called me to "seal a deal." He probably took 20 calls/texts from me. I took the gamble and got on a plane to Denver. Jerry and his team showed up promptly for the job, were professional, courteous, and thorough. The line was fixed, no patio or fence demo required. When a possible additional leak was discovered with scoping, Joe came out and confirmed personally that there was no issue. Enter Monica in Billing who went the extra mile to figure out how to split invoicing to bill the other owner her portion and free my property up for sale. And did it gladly. Intelligent, progressive solutions, lower-cost, personalized service - same as in 2024 when I worked with Cameron. They dug a trench in my garage and repatched with concrete. No issues 2+ years in. I'll never use anyone but SLO.

This was a job we have dreaded for several years. We knew a sewer line replacement was coming but…read morethe expense involved really worried us. We had the job quoted on several occasions with bids coming in from 10k to 14k and we always opted to just keep waiting and shopping. We used Yelp to start a "job" and half a dozen companies looked us up. We spoke to four of them then had Sewer Lines Only come out and talk to us. My sister had used them a year earlier and recommended them from the list of possibles. A man named Murray showed up at our house and we liked him immediately. He was honest, funny and simply very likable. He scoped our line and told us we're not in desperate need of a line replacement. We enjoyed the honesty. We had roots in our line and needed to have them cleared about once a year. Not a huge deal but the sewer backups were aggravating and always happened at terrible times. Murray worked us up a quote and we were flatly shocked and dumbfounded at the quoted price. 5k for thirty three feet of line replacement. We started wondering what the catch was. How was this possible? A full half of the best quoted price of the last three years. We took to Yelp and the BBB to research this company and the reviews were stellar as was their A+ BBB rating. A few days later I stopped in their office to accept their bid. That's where I met two more of this companies stellar staff, Monica and Kim. These two women put us further at ease this thus was going to be money well spent. A week later, Pablo showed up at our house with his crew and a skid steer. Pablo treated us like gold and was happy to learn he actually worked for Sewer Lines Only and was not a contractor. This man is a surgeon with a back hoe. They had all thirty three feet dug up and replaced in three hours. We were only minus a sewer line for three hours which really minimized our in house inconvenience. The next several hours were simply waiting for the city inspector to show up. It was very confidence inspiring when the inspector told us that he doesn't really even need to check Pablo's work as he simply never makes mistakes. The trenches were filled back in and tamped down very well. Mi sidewalks, lawn and driveway were cleaned up very well. Murray then returned and scoped the lines to make sure it was all good and he scraped the inside of our cast iron line inside the house. This was an absolutely exceptional experience from the get go. An unbeatable price and first class staff and workmanship. It's nice to have this huge worry off our backs and it came with a five year transferable warranty. Thank you Murray, Pablo, Monica and Kim from very happy customers.
