She was so lovely and friendly, I became even more confident in selecting KeAloha Designs. She explained that Andrew preferred to have direct email contact with the person who was going to be tattooed. Again, my confidence level rose. That word should never be used in a professional setting, and it was especially unsettling because it was being used casually by the Mexican artists in the shop. It's not about being overly sensitive; it's about basic respect and professionalism. I worked with Bryan, who I initially thought was nice, but I ended up feeling taken advantage of. He spoke in a very manipulative, mansplaining tone, as if I didn't know how tattoo pricing works -- even though I've had multiple tattoos done before and have never been treated that way. On top of that, the environment was chaotic: the music was so loud you could literally feel the floor shaking from the bass, conversations among staff were often inappropriate, and there were constant cigarette breaks that delayed the process and made it hard to focus. I honestly think that's part of why it took so long for my design to even be made. While my tattoo itself turned out nice, the overall experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and not something I'd ever want to repeat. I would never recommend this shop to anyone -- professionalism, respect, and boundaries should be a standard in any tattoo environment, and unfortunately, this place missed the mark completely.DONT GO HERE!!

Her skill level is high for such a young artist. The quality of her work is just great, I am so happy. They often have flash specials for certain holidays and Friday the 13th. I have received tattoos from a couple different artists during these events, but my most recent artist @ceaztattoos was also amazing. His line work was great and his flash book has lots of nice pieces. I would definitely go back to him for some bigger work.
