Stay away…read more I rented a U-Haul trailer on Saturday morning for $39 and was told it needed to be back early Sunday morning (despite them being closed from 5 Saturday until 8 Monday), and that I'd receive a text with after-hours instructions. When I clicked on the text it said it was expired and gave no further info. I brought the trailer back on Saturday evening and left it where I'd picked it up. I got an invoice Monday morning for $140. When I asked the reason I was told that I hadn't followed checkin procedures.
