Meet the Business Owner: Jessica S.
The love of music and planning has always been a passion of mine. I began working for ProShow in 1994, as the office manager. In 2007, the company's owner was looking to move into a different direction, so I had the opportunity to purchase ProShow. I looked at the opportunity as a chance to take a very successful and well-recognized business and continue it's legacy as a key competitor in it's industry. Since the beginning, my passion and desire to fully understand the customer's needs and to settle for nothing less than excellence, has given me great success in ensuring customer satisfaction. Being a woman in this industry has also given me an edge, as I fully understand the desire for a bride's wedding to be everything they've always imagined. I'm not in business to sell a client something we can't offer. I'm in business to work with those whose needs compliment the services we offer and am happy to redirect someone if what we offer is not what they are looking for.
