We used ProShow for our October 2012 wedding and reception. We worked with the owners Shawn and Jessica and were very happy with the results. Shawn provided the sound for our ceremony, lighting for the reception tent and DJ services. Our ceremony was originally planned for the outdoor Oliver Gardens, but was moved indoors at the last minute due to the cold and rain. The sound was provided for the string quartets, our officiant and readers. Despite the last minute change, everything was perfect. The lighting provided for the tent was beautiful and really added to the atmosphere. We requested Shawn as our DJ since he was highly recommended by several people and he did an amazing job. We met with him prior to the wedding to discuss the music and he had some great recommendations that worked perfectly. He kept things moving all night and the dance floor filled. He's able to read the crowd and keep a festive atmosphere. He also handled a very wide variety of requests from our guests. It truly was all that my daughter envisioned and more, and I am just so happy that she chose such awesome people to work with - it really paid off when our venue needed to change 8 days before the wedding. ProShow was top notch for our reception. Our DJ, Ned, worked around our schedule to meet with us before our wedding and brought a bunch of great ideas to the table. My husband and I thought we had most of the details covered but Ned made sure to ask the right questions and suggest (but not push) ideas that ended up making the night all the more memorable. The best thing we could say about Ned and ProShow is what our friends have been telling us -- that we had the best wedding DJ they'd ever heard. Ned had a perfect feel for the room, knew when to play slow songs and when to keep the energy high. He was also attentive to us during the reception when there were certain songs we wanted played, or when unexpected things happened (like certain dances being called off at the last second). Ned handled everything in stride and there was never a moment that our guests thought anything was up. ProShow provided the DJ service for my wedding in June of 2012. I have pretty specific music tastes and wanted to create a specific feel for my wedding. Jessica wanted to fit me with the perfect DJ for my tastes and did a wonderful job! They even created a custom blend of two different songs for the first dance. I have had at least ten people tell me that our wedding was the most fun wedding they had ever attended. I know that can completely be attributed to the atmosphere established by the DJ and his ability to read the mood in the room. ProShow also did all of my decorations and lighting for my reception. I chose to do simple flowers and instead put the majority of my decorating budget into lanterns, pin lighting, draped fabric and strand lighting. They did an amazing job!! We used Proshow for our wedding this July, and have nothing but positive things to say about them! Throughout the planning process, Jessica was very accessible and well-organized (very prompt replies to all my emails which I appreciated!). Our DJ, Ned, helped us clarify the whole reception schedule and determine what would work best for us. When it came to the actual event, Ned was fantastic. He did everything from announcing, to the actual DJing, to grabbing drinks for the head table so that we wouldn't have to encounter everyone at the bar right away. He was a phenomenal DJ- literally from the first song on to the end at 11pm, the dance floor was packed (which I have never seen at a wedding before). We also used Proshow for fabric treatment which definitely made everything look nicer. After the wedding, I got several compliments from guests about Ned and the music and had multiple people say it was the most fun wedding they had been to in 10+ years. Ned from Proshow was our DJ for our wedding last Friday and he was amazing! He was everything we were hoping for and more. Being from out of town, we were only able to meet with him on the phone before our event, but that didn't stop him from understanding who we were as a couple.
