I arrived at Aays to pick up the items that I reserved on Saturday August 10th. I was greeted immediately by a very kind, smiling receptionist. She asked how she could help me and called the Manager up to assist while she helped the two gentlemen who were at the counter when I arrived. The Manager was very kind as well and was friendly when we pared down the order ( the final count of attendees were a little less than expected). I asked if we could add four carafes and she said sure without any hesitation. She took down all my info and gave me instructions to pick up at door 4. The workers at the dock were very kind and quickly loaded our order and confirmed that we had everything. I was so impressed by the tablecloths, they were perfectly pressed and looked elegant on the tables. When I returned Monday morning I experienced the same kindness and attention that I did on Saturday. I have to admit, I did not expect this level of service. She suggested the perfect rustic tables and chairs, advised us about the generator and accessories required to meet our power needs. She provided a "floor plan" we could follow for efficient use of space when setting up, and even provided recommendations for catering and potable toilet services since we were from out of town and unfamiliar with services available in the area. Working with the staff at AAYS was a pleasant experience from start to finish! We were not sure of our numbers because of the current health situation, and they were patient with us as we gave estimates and made changes as our RSVPs came in.
