The rentals messed up our order not once but three times as well. We called on the day of the wedding because we were short on cutlery and they asked us to count it all. THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. No one has time to count 100 items 3 times over to see what's missing when that wasn't our job in the first place. Beautiful items but would not recommend the service especially for a wedding! Terrible!
