They bait you with low rates on their quote tool and prompt you to make an account, but you can never log in to your newly created account (hope you didn't use a sensitive password), and you can't contact them. When I tried calling, someone picked up after a time, held the line, but was silent. When I called back, they picked up and hung up. Maybe they themselves are the victim of a cyber-attack? In any case, stay away.

We arrived exhausted and hungry so I was happy I had arranged for Rudy's to pick us up. Our driver was waiting for us in the car services pickup and easy to spot thanks to an orange light on the roof. My kids were beyond impressed (as was I) with this sweet Mercedes Benz equipped with massage chairs, wifi and more. Fancy schmancy. We spent a lot of time in traffic making our way to CT, but our driver couldn't have been nicer and very patient. Fortunately, our trip back to LGA on Monday morning was much smoother and we only spent 30 min in a Rudy's car then, but my kids still appreciated all the bells and whistles. And I appreciated not having to navigate the roads of NY in a rental car. Per my request they also provided a booster seat for my 8 year old. One ride from LGA to Darien, CT was over $200 so certainly pricey, but it was a great experience and I'd be likely to use them again.

I previously wrote an excellent review about this company and had the opportunity to use them again…read morethis week. Rosa Ride was once again provided prompt and dependable service. The well maintained Mercedes SUV was extremely clean and comfortable. Orlando is such a pleasant man, helped with my luggage, enjoyed nice conversation on the ride, and he was extremely courteous. I flew out of LaGuardia on Sunday and returned on Tuesday morning. Orlando picked me up in New Fairfield in plenty of time to catch my flight and was at the airport waiting for me upon my return. Bottles of water are always in the vehicle along with snacks. There is also screens on the back of the front headrests if you want to watch movies during the ride to the airport. The fees for airport transport are comparable to what other companies in the area charge. For me, knowing that I can rely on airport transportation is very important which is why I will continue to choose Rosa Rides for my future travel plans which require flights from New York.
