Sent a text that my flight was on time. They told me to text when I got our luggage. I did so and no response. I called several times no answer. Then after waiting 30 mins called a Uber. When I called back again a girl answered then hung up on me. Finally after hours later of being home a guy finally answered super rude and was yelling at me nothing was scheduled. I have proof of text and a phone call with him. Horrible service and would never EVER recommend these people!!!! Super expensive and have crappy cars as well. They shouldn't put limousine service. She was responsive to all of my questions and fabulous to work with. On the day of the party, our driver Ken showed up on time and was amazing! As there were people not from Chicago on the trolley I asked him to drive around to all of the sites and he was more than accommodating. He drove a great route that allowed everyone to see what the city has to offer. Another plus was that he even let my brother use his personal phone cord to charge his phone. That's something he didn't need to do, but was very kind of him. Overall, I could not be happier about using The Trolley Car & Bus Company for my birthday. From start to finish they were professional, provided an excellent service, and did it at a very reasonable price.
