Great communication, on time pick ups. Friendly, and provided great service! Good pricing. Will call again and highly recommend.

I recently used Private Chauffeur Services and I would recommend them! Ari was quick with his responses, professional and courteous. He was on time and made the process very easy. For context for those reading and considering, I requested a service to pick me up in Vernon hills and drop off at Ravinia Park. The cost for 3 adults was $120 plus a 20% tip. read more

I cannot say enough about how great and easy Ari is to work with. I will never make other arrangements for business or personal!

Exceptional service from home to O'Hare! On time arrival, professional courteous service. Car is super clean & comfortable. Ari was helpful with our mobility issues & handled all the luggage efficiently. This is the dependable service you want! read more

Ari was wonderful! Crazy easy to book and beautiful car. I would absolutely use them again.

Everything went well!!! Ari was out front 15 minutes early and texted to let me know he was there. His vehicle was clean, he loaded my bags and was a safe engaging driver. I will continue to use him in the future. He may cost a bit more than other car services BUT WELL WORTH IT! He picked me up for my return trip from ORD and was in constant text communication as my flight was delayed. GREAT SERVICE!! read more

I had worked with Ari several years ago with a separate company. I found him again through Yelp, and I'm glad I did! It was great to have him driving for us. Service and professionalism were top-notch. He was courteous and helped bring the bags to the car and take them out. The car was clean and well-maintained. I will definitely be using him again! read more

Very professional and friendly driver. On time both ways with a very clean vehicle. Definitely recommended.

Clean cat, courteous driver. With the rising costs of Uber from the airport, they are competitive.

Professional, prompt and friendly. Our family highly recommends Ari's services. Ari was super responsive to my request for transportation to/from the airport for a family vacation. He offered a very reasonable rate. His vehicle was clean and well maintained. We'll be using his service for all future needs. read more

We used Ari both to/from O'Hare; he was on time both ways. Clean and roomy SUV; he responds quickly to texts; we'll definitely use him again. read more

Don't let the location stop you from hiring this service. PCS goes everywhere. The owner, Ari responded to my first contact quickly, got the info and confirmed my service. He arrived right on time in his clean and roomy car and he was friendly and drove real safely. I also scheduled a pickup from O'Hare and he watched my flight time and was waiting for me as I stepped out of the terminal. All for an appropriate cost. This is the kind of service you want to find; safe, timely and all around perfect. Ari tells me he drives anywhere he is needed so don't assume his office location limits his area. It doesn't. I am a regular limo rider and PCS is at the top of my list. Sometimes a smaller service is just better than a big company who is just too big to remember customer service. read more

I don't normally write reviews but this service went above and beyond. Ari was always quick to respond when I had questions or needed to change my itinerary. In spite of some bad weather he was on time and delivered me to the airport safely. He also dropped me off at the door for tsa pre ccheck. That was a first for me. My return trip was equally flawless. I will definitely be using this service again. read more

Very dependable!!! helps with your bags!! Always on time!!! our daughter and son in law use Ari and he is the best!!

Ari provides a wonderful experience. He is never late, the car is clean and quite comfortable, and he provides what you need - pleasurable to chat with or he respects your needs for working or telecons. He has worked with my most demanding schedules flawlessly. Quite simply, I will use this service whenever I am in Chicago. Period. It is priced competitively, e-completed seamlessly and fits within all my expensing guidelines regarding price. I highly recommend Ari. Completed a ride today (after no travel with Covid) and he actually remembered my airline! Just a phenomenal man leading a great service. read more

Ari drove five of us to and from Ohare. It was our first time driving with Ari and it will not be our last! Ari was on time and flexible when our return flight was delayed. It was very easy communicating with him and he responded very quickly when I texted or called him. I definitely recommend Ari! read more

After Covid delayed travel for a while, I found myself in need of a reliable driver to take me to and from Ohare. I found Ari online and decided to give him a try based on all of the positive reviews I saw. He certainly lived up to the hype. He arrived promptly at a very early hour and even had to call me to wake me up because my alarm didnt go off. He was very professional and didnt smell like smoke or look like he'd been driving all night. I booked him for my ride home on return and had an equally enjoyable experience. Great guy, great driver. I found my new 'go to' for airport and other rides. So much better than rolling the dice on an uber. I highly reccomend him. read more

Ari is the best. He recently drove my family to a concert at Wrigley Field. He made amazing time getting us to the concert because he took a creative route which avoided lots of traffic. Picking us up after the show was great too, he just sent us his location which was super close (5 min walk). Super efficient and easy! His car was clean and the ride was smooth. He is great driver, don't hesitate to book him for your next event, whether that be airport drop off, concert, sporting event or city fest. read more

We used Ari for transport and from Ohare based on recommendations. I'm very glad we followed through. His pricing is competitive, he was on time, very helpful with our luggage, instant communication. Best of all he is very personable and pleasant and it shows that he wants to keep his customers happy. I highly recommend this service for your transportation needs. read more

After 10+ years riding with Ari he has become more like friend or family than limo driver. When I recommend him to others I need say no more than I would put my children in his car without hesitation. It is the same thing I would have said anytime in the past 10 years. Although I no longer strap their car seats into the back of Ari's car when we leave for a trip, I continue to have the utmost confidence in Ari when he drives my family and me to and from the airport or on other local drives. Especially now with the impact COVID has had on travel and small business, it is so important to do business with people like Ari who need our support. Apart from having all the qualities one would look for in driver (being prompt, communicative, clean car, etc., etc.), Ari is one of those rare good people who is a pleasure to do business with. read more

Ari is professional and prompt - we used him for a special event and he did not disappoint! He was responsive and provided door to door service with a clean, reliable vehicle large enough to fit our entire party. read more

I love this limousine company. I ordered for many times for my personal and business purposes. Owner and staff is very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this limo company! Their limo is very clean, always on time. read more

This is a wonderful service!!! We have had a "to and from trip to the airport" with Ari and Sal. Very nice guys. They are very prompt, and follow up with you as you get closer to your pick up times. It's so nice to know that your ride is taken care of! We also have a few family members that get motion sick, but no problems with their driving!! Very smooth! read more

Great service to/from airport. Punctual, polite, friendly - will definitely be using this service again.

Like many others my family hadn't traveled in several years. We decided to take our first Florida vacation and fly to Orlando. I had seen many good reviews of PCS and its proprietor Ari on sites like Next Door, Google & Yelp. Because we wanted a no-hassle experience and like to support smaller local companies I reached out to Private Chauffer Services (PCS) and ARI to check availability and pricing. Ari returned my call right away and gave me the information I needed. He did not pressure me to book or convey he was annoyed with his businesses' procedures and policies. I shopped around a bit more and found PCS was competitively priced with larger companies. On the day of trip, Ari was on time, with a large clean and safe vehicle. He made pleasant conversation on the way to the airport and drove very well given the snowy conditions. My family and I felt very safe. Our return trip went just as well. I would use Ari and PCS again in the future and am grateful for this kind of businessman and customer service still exists if you know where to look. read more

Undoubtedly the best in the business! Service and dependability are second to none. Ari has been my chauffeur of choice for the last three years. Whether it's taking care of my wife and kids, a visiting physician, or an important client or business associate, Private Chauffeur Service is the company that has earned my loyalty and partnership. read more

So pleased with Ari and his services. He arrived as scheduled, vehicle was clean and everything was very friendly yet professional. Will use him again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Ari has driven me for years and his service is stellar. He is reasonable and has rock solid reliability. He's currently driving a very roomy SUV that is clean and comfortable. As a bonus, he's a nice unassuming person and makes for a very pleasant efficient ride. Although most of my rides have been airport runs for me, he has also driven my family to Milwaukee and Midway. I can highly recommend his company and his team. read more

Ari was terrific! Arrived at my house earlier than scheduled. Very nice and professional. Got me safely to O'Hare in an unexpected snow storm. Nice, clean, and comfortable ride. Definitely worth the extra money for private, professional service than random "Uber" or "Lyft" driver. Will definitely use again. If you live up towards Vernon Hill's and need a car service for whatever reason, use Ari! read more

Private Chauffeur Services is just fantastic. Ari is on time to pick you up at the arranged time and checks in on you when your plane lands. Can't say enough good things - try him out and you will be very pleased. His slogan is We Go Where You Go. While I have only used him to go to O'Hare he also goes to Midway and Milwaukee airports and probably anywhere you need to go. Very clean car and a very nice guy. read more

I would highly recommend Ari's services. He is very punctual, pleasant, and precise when it comes to pick ups. I was flying back home into ORD, and he watched my flight to ensure he arrived when I did. If I was early or late, he would have been there right on time for me. We're very lucky to have this business locally to us in Lake County. The drivers are safe, cars are very nice and clean, and I would recommend his services highly for business or personal travel. read more

Ari was polite, on-time and available at a short notice. I appreciated that he was willing to keep our children's car seats so we could have them when he picked us up. The convenience and nice, clean and large vehicle seemed to justify the higher cost of the ride (+50% higher than the local taxi company we normally use) but with the extra fees that were added ($25 for holding the seats for the week while we were gone, which had to be paid in advance and $20 after hours because our flight was delayed 2 hours, which he communicated when we had no choice but using him) and the inconvenience of having to schlep our many bags and our exhausted young children across the terminal and on the upper level (which felt pretty shady given that taxis, family and limo services pick up at the lower level) I doubt that I'd be willing to pay again the twice as much as we do with our regular taxis and 40% over other limo companies we've used when traveling with our children. Ari, thank you for your reply and your less than professional text message. I agree, you offer a chauffeur service, which comes with the expectation of the chauffeur providing additional support, as you did by helping roll the bags from the door of your pick up area to your car. For the record, the first time we heard about the $20 late fee was after we were informed our return flight was delayed by 2 hours (when we booked you, you never stated that the rates depended on arrival times). The new fee was presented when we didn't have safe alternatives for our children, since you had our car seats. Tips are earned. We chose not to add a tip beyond the $20 fee you added on the return leg because we felt taken advantage of with the surprise fee and because your declined our request to pick us up in the appropriate level and location to accommodate the two sleeping children and large number of bags. Your service is probably well suited for someone traveling with a carry on and no children, if they are willing to live with the late fees. Best of luck. read more
