After spending 2 hours doing the exact same checks that I had already done, and obviously finding zero solutions since there was nothing new being done they charged my card $830, 300 more than the quoted price, and told me I need to tow it in to their shop because he can't find the problem. He also told me he was repairing wires underneath the motorhome, but I crawled under after he left and there were zero repairs that weren't done by myself before he got there. All he did was remove plastic conduit. I immediately called and was told they could refund the extra charged amount because it was intentionally not disclosed to me ahead of time, but since then in the last 3 weeks they have NOT done so and I've called multiple times a week about it. Each time I get told "I will work on that and call you back". I have not once received a call back. I could've burned the money and been in the same spot. Stay away from this company.

Knowing that I was anxious to get back to my family in Texas during the COVID madness, the folks at Phoenix Triumph were able to get me on the schedule, pull the drive, and confirm that everything was functioning at 100% ASAP. Despite being short handed due to these crazy times. No more loud clunky noise, the bike is shifting cleaner, and purring like a Tiger! First car got a loose bumper; he fixed it and when we got home, we found out that the parking sensors stopped working. We called him and he said he didn't touch the them so he didn't know. He didn't bother to look at it again. Second car for an issue with ignition. So he said he fixed it by replacing the ignition and charged us $600. But the car still got starting issue later. So we brought it to another shop and they said the ignition box was a used one. He probably never replaced it or replaced it with a used one. What a liar. The new shop replaced it again and it is now all working.
