She was attentive, thorough, checked in with me, and gave me much needed overdue TLC - I was in heaven. I was required to book via a third-party website and there is no option to select your massage therapist. They just assign you someone. If you want a woman for purposes of safety and comfort, too bad, you get who you get. If you book here you will pay $250 (with taxes, tip etc) for a cheap, oily massage, as I did. According to the menu we were handed, things that are normally included in massages - for example, targeting places of pain - are an extra cost "add on," which is absurd. The massage itself was terrible, we were soaked in oil afterwards and so was our clothing. Pants were ruined. This place is a total rip off. Be wary of anyplace that has many 5 star reviews from "new" yelpers who have never written reviews before. They have no actual details or info and may not be legit. P.S. The owner routinely harasses yelpers who write authentic reviews. (There is no rule that reviews have to be from this week. Nor are yelpers required to disclose the time and date of their visit. That's just creepy. The owner would be wise to heed constructive feedback rather than abusing reviewers.) Skip this place.

I found her answers to my questions, like how long does the post-needling pain last, cagey and evasive, eg. it depends! (When I said "what's the longest it has ever lasted," she said, "it depends!") Her manner was distracted and careless. The massage was one of the clunkiest I've ever gotten. I kept asking the masseuse to slow down but she didn't seem to know how to; she just went lighter but kept up the frantic pace, bumping into me the whole time. Not a relaxing experience. We were both placed in rooms near the front entrance. The therapist assigned to my wife behaved in a way that left her feeling violated and humiliated. What happened: * During the session he repeatedly moved too close to intimate areas. * He insisted she remove her shirt and bra for a back massage after she said she was not comfortable doing so. * He left the room without providing proper draping; when he returned he only gave her a bath towel and did not provide adequate coverage. * Her room had no door, only a small curtain, and was located near the front door where people were coming and going. This made the situation especially exposing and distressing. * By contrast, I was never asked to remove my shirt and was properly draped while the therapist worked my back. My wife left feeling victimized, embarrassed, and very upset. This ruined our anniversary and Valentine's Day. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint and possibly pressing charges. Warning to other customers: Be cautious, especially women. This establishment failed to respect my wife's boundaries and provided inadequate privacy and draping. Also thought it wasn't good that the urinals were so close to the sinks. Shower pressure not great. Parking is a bit tricky being downtown Sausalito.
