I…read moreused Yelp to get estimates from several window companies and these guys had the lowest price, best reviews and an A+ rating from the BBB. They replaced 12 picture windows in a 1950's house, which required quite a bit of interior trim. I had to wait a number of weeks for the windows to be fabricated. Once they were built, they scheduled installation and everything went right on schedule and was done in a day and a half. The interior trim did need some caulking but I did that, and painted the trim myself to match the rest of my interior. The outside colors coordinate well with my house colors. 100% would recommend this company and may use again for more windows.

But apparently, you can't just wake up and have all of this overnight... I guess one of the important things to home buying is a having (and passing) a home inspection. Yeah, we definitely felt like adults as we pretended to be on HGTV's House Hunters. But we felt like kids, and somewhat of idiots, when it came to understanding how a house worked. It was like a present with gorgeous wrapping, "ooooh" and "ahhhh" but then we didn't understand how to use the actual toy, "do we really need a back-flow protector thing-a-majig?" and "so you're telling me the structure is what?!?" (Cue in Dave from Harmony Home Inspections) This is where Dave works his magic and helps you figure out if the house is will be a money-pit or if it will be all roses and green grass. We used Dave on TWO home inspections. He did such a mah-velous job on the first one that we didn't hesitate to contact him for the second. He's almost like the last step in figuring out if the boyfriend/girlfriend.. err, house, is really... "the one," but he uses really cool gadgets to determine it! He spent his time everywhere in the home and even addressed our questions as we went along. He took pictures of all the spaces, including those where we pointed and said, "oh, is that... the M word? Mold?!" (Thankfully, it was not.) He walks around, crawls, kneels, shines a light, has a thermal thingy thing, and basically covers EVERYTHING in a home while making you feel comfortable that you are getting a really good inspection. My favorite part about Dave is his response to all your questions, "that's a really good question! (Insert answer here)" He sure made us feel competent, which in turn, made us confident that we were making a wise decision on this home. I have recommended Dave to others and hope that more realtors start to use Dave as well! I'd have to say, Dave is probably one of the most-enjoyed professional service man I have met and worked with. And that's important, since we're adults now and we have to make adult relationships. No more hanging out and gettin' crazy with those young cats at the Bootleggers...

So I had leaking that caused a lot of damage in my dinning room. They tried to get my siding company to pay for some damage outside when in reality nothing was their fault. They saw the damage to the inside and desided to bail on me with my money. I went to the office and asked for my refund slightly opening the door not stepping one foot into the office. An office lady ran towards me screaming at me then stuck her arm out the door using her forearm to push against me on my breasts. Pushing me over and over plus another office lady stuck her arm out. I called police and they only listened to her side of the story which was a complete lie except when I screamed, " to stop hurting me" several times. Plus she called me crazy. Well who is the one who came running charging at me screaming when I wasn't even in the office. The office lady was. How do you know I don't have a video of it?
