When our basement started leaking after a slew of rainstorms, we called around to inquire about getting a sump pump and drain tile installed. After waiting over a month for Mr. Kastner to come out to give us an estimate, he was finally able to come see the basement. We told him that other companies had not gotten back to us when they came to give estimates and we tried to hire them. He specifically said that he does not take on more work than he and his crew can handle and that he could definitely get the work done for us. He told us that he would price out materials and get back to us the next day. Weeks later, we have heard nothing. We have both called and emailed the company since that appointment. Such a shame because we are desperate to hire someone and Mr. Kastner seems very knowledgeable. Ordinarily, I wouldn't have even called or emailed after an appointment if no one gets back to me, but again, we really need the work done. Mr. Kastner would have had such an easy time getting our business! read more
