And for that I have to give all the credit to Kerri Villani my Senior Sales Consultant, that's who this review and the five star rating is about, she made this easy and painless. The first thing she asked me was what was I looking for and she wasn't talking model, I told her I wanted to lower my monthly payment. She explained a few numbers to me, we agreed on the money down and she said give me a minute. Kerri came back with a price $35 lower than my current monthly payment. The deal was done. No haggling, no negotiations, no multiple trips to see what the Sales Manager said. My wife recently got a different make car, that deal took seven hours. Seven hours! I was back in my kitchen with my new Honda parked outside in three hours. Kerri Villani is the best! And I look forward to saying that about Hamilton Honda too. So far first impressions are excellent, after all they allow Kerri to conduct business in the style she does. That and my Civic came with free oil changes and free car washes for as long as I have the car. We're off to a great start!

General manager refused to talk to us about a solution. We requested repeatedly to talk to them. The company originally wanted us to take the pilot back after fixing it and not report it on car fax and offered no diminished value after they put it in an accident essentially. It took over a week and a half of arguing with the dealership to agree to buy back our pilot.. and get upsold into a brand new honda odyssey to not lose any money we put into the pilot. Although we still lost money by not being reimbursed for our taxes and fees on original vehicle. I will never buy another car from Hamilton Honda. When I got my tags, I asked the service guy to take off the plates that say Hamilton Honda, he said sure and did not take them off... Horrible experience all around. Buyer beware on any certified preowned cars from them. The car fax may not be as clean as advertised. The saying in business goes when you make a mistake, you have the opportunity to win a client for a life time. I needed some custom work on my Jeep, and, Hurreys was recommended by the Jeep club…read more I then found out WHY they are so recommended... the work was flawless! Not only did they install a snorkel, they smoke tested it and made sure it was sealed. Not only did they weld sliders and a bumper, but the welds were works of art...and a lot of thought went into the depth and angles to get over rocks, the smoothingnof transitions and fit/finish, etc. They even cleaned up the frame rust and sealed it "because it bothered them to leave it like that", as in, for free, because it meant the end result was better. They installed a full set of skidplates, and also checked the articulation, extended breathers and other lines, repaired cracked fittings and other things "while they were under there" They installed both forward and rear spotting cameras, replaced the heater core, etc. A LOT of work... with updates as they went. Dan is a delight to work with. I cannot recommend Hurreys enough, they are AMAZING!

Avoid this place at all costs, it's extremely aggressive for no reason. Yanked clips clean off from grill. Wish I would've taken a picture of the bumper wedged under my car but was extremely upset at the sight of it and was focused on getting out of the way and putting my bumper back on. Sold a semitruck tires as new, Charged me 1,100$ for a steer…read moretire advertised as new, Tire is missing a chunk on tread when I confronted him about he got defensive and demanded an immediate pay. He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread. He paid 250$ or less for the USED tire and sold to me as new. I will give him credit for coming at night time and getting me out of the road. I understand emergency services cost money, The reason I am devastated is because he SCAMMED me by telling me its a brand new tire when he new it was used and just wanted to make hundreds In proffit by ripping me off.
