I asked if it was an extra charge, I asked if it came with the saw rental or was separate, and I asked if you charged by the 1/1000th of usage. On all three questions the associate on the phone had to ask another associate for the answer. When I arrived to pick the rental up I was pissed to find out you do charge extra for the blade! These inconsistencies are reasons why larger operations will not use small services like yours, it makes lining out a job damn near impossible. Your staff needs formal training, not just crappy on the job training from whomever is working that day. And it was not as if a single employee did not have the correct information, like I said, he had to ask somebody off the phone for every single answer to every question I asked. As for the equipment, it was fine. A few loose screws in the saw body that popped out (something larger companies would have maintained). I would like a response back from management as I tried emailing your company and it automatically seems every email spam! I tried to write four different emails and it would not deliver a single one saying, "your email comes up as spam." What a joke

When I have gone to gas stations it has taken them forever to get around to filling my tank and then after I put it in the car I have to roll all the windows down because the car stinks from propane smell. Today, it was a little on the chilly side and I was able to drive home approx 6 or so miles with the windows up and ZERO smell in the car. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Oh by the way I have used Blue Rhino and the tanks don't last as long as filling my own so not sure how much is in each tank they sell. This place is FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY and HELPFUL.

Their website made it easy to see they had exactly what I needed (and a lot more for party rentals too). I called, reserved 24 chairs, and scheduled a pickup; super straightforward process. On pickup day, the guy who helped us was friendly and even assisted with loading everything into our truck, which I really appreciated. The chairs themselves were clean, comfortable, and looked great for the event. Pricing per chair was very reasonable, and I'd definitely rent from them again. The only downside was the delivery fee. It would've been $60 each way for a location just 2.5 miles away from the shop which felt a bit steep, especially for a small order. Thankfully we had a truck, so it wasn't a big deal for us, but it was definitely a bit of sticker shock. Overall, a great experience.

No biggie, we cleaned it out and it was fine. Returned it cleaner than we received it and did not get our deposit back because we were told it was "dirty". The man over the phone was not nice at all and although it is a small Alpine business I would go down the hill again for rentals.
