Don't let them sell you a timeshare. You will be disappointed, constantly squeezed to upgrade and utterly confused on the continuous changes in ownership schemes. This wasn't in any way enough of a deterrent to keep me from booking here again in the future. Owners were great to work with and answered questions in a timely manner, which I'm discovering after years of renting private homes is a rarity! Perfect for your Napa vacay!

The flooring, furniture, fixtures, etc. were modern and clean, yet it retained its bungalow charm. I am in love! I am a bitchy JLo super diva when it comes to lodging . . . let me tell you, this place exceeded my lodging expectations and some. White beddings, 4 pillows, 300+ thread count (YES) sheets, plush towels and robes, Judith Jackson toiletries, extra jars of toothpaste and brushes, stocked water bottles, computer, etc. Endless extras of super diva thoughtfulness. I was so relieved and so impressed. It is a half-mile easy walk to downtown Napa which has great dining (try the Bounty Hunter) and other wonderful shops and stores. The two bathrooms came in real handy. I was sad that we were not able to soak in the hot tub since our days were fully planned out and it was chilly at night. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with plenty of wine glasses and all the utensils and cooking tools you need. We didn't get a chance to play the board games that were in the closet. There are plenty of towels and extra covers and street parking. Minus one point for the funky smell emanating from the bedrooms and for the yellow stains on the white towels. Otherwise this is a nice quaint house to have a little get together in Napa. Oh and it is in walking distance from Oxbow Market. We even went further into downtown Napa to the visitor center (they are extremely nice and provide you with maps of the wineries and coupons for wine tastings!).

Gave advice on what restaurants, shops, and wineries she thought we'd be interested in. Bunkie, who worked at the office, was very helpful. We stayed in an off-site at the Petite Syrah bungalow. It was in perfect condition and so clean. The amenities were great! Prior to arrival, I arranged for them to provide a shower chair for my husband, who is ill. It was in the shower when we arrived. The bed was comfy, and the gas fireplace was a nice touch. We had a small patio and a separate porch, which were so nice to sit on for coffee or drinks in the early evening. There was a hot tub, but we didn't get a chance to use it. There were other bungalows, but we didn't see any other guests. It was a gated property. Shopping, the downtown area, and restaurants were all within a quick drive. Good delivery was easy and quick. It has a full kitchen and a good selection of utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. I recommend bringing your own spices if you plan to cook something special. I wanted cumin for a meal, but I could only find a huge jar at the supermarket.
