I called them out in their misrepresentation and they called me to "threaten me that if I left this review that they would post their store video of me" which "paints me in a very poor light", when in fact, I am calling the repair tech out on his bul_shit. Beware, see photos. The tech was supposed to service my older machine, which was working just fine when I took it in for a basic service/cleaning, with the exception of the needle lever.

From the second you walk in the front door you are greeted by the lovely ladies offering to point you in the right direction. As I was looking for fabrics/panels/patterns that were unique to the area, and that I knew I could not get from home, I was looking at their selection of outdoor/wildlife panels. When the staff realized I was overwhelmed by the rows and rows of fabric choices, they brought out their "panel book" which had pictures of all their stock. organized by category- such a great idea! As I wandered through the store, picking up things along the way, the staff made sure to bring my choices back to a "waiting area" table with a "Still Shopping" sign on top so I did not have to carry everything with me and there was no rush or pressure to finish my shopping. I truly appreciated this! I noticed there was a large room in the back that was set up for classes, which I am sure are very popular. With so many craft & fabric stores going out of business or selling out to big-box stores where you lose the customer service, it was so nice to visit a store that still understands what their customers want!

They do have decent supplies & wheels. But seriously, don't get your hopes up about getting back your items at all or if you do, get them with in a timely manner. 4, 5, 6 months when they promise 2 weeks is absurd. They do have classes, workshops, privates & groups etc but they aren't good at this model. I've been to many workshops around the US & these are mediocre at the best. Work room is really small, hope you're not claustrophobic. HORRIBLE communication from the owners. They get your money & then refuse to call, text, email about anything.... Including when they cancel classes & decide to randomly close the shop. So you end up driving 90 minutes (ONE WAY) just to find your already paid for class canceled. Refused to communicate about rescheduling those cancelled classes (that we already paid for). They refuse to update you when things are ready, absolutely refuse to return calls, texts or emails (been trying for months now). I know you're think "just go down there". It's 90 minutes one way for me & the shop is open weird hours & every time we have been down there during their posted open hours, no one is there. Crappy customer service.
