I was so excited to see when I moved to the area that they just built a Hobby Lobby because this has to be my favorite store ever!!! If you haven't had the chance to check it out by all means give yourself plenty of time to see it all!! I mean a few hours at least!! From household decor, arts & crafts, fabric for home decor, quilting and clothing, yarn, paint, framing and all of any holiday decor you can think of!! Truly an amazing store but I can't come here unless I can spend so money otherwise it's just a tease. I bought some great fabric for valances in the new house, plus picked up some new decor for it too. If you are in Kalispell and haven't check d it out don't miss the opportunity!! read more

Excellent selection of Knick knack stuff. Lots of wholesome things for your home. I went in looking for lake decor items and found a couple cute things. I also wanted Whiskey decor but Hobby Lobby is a Christian company and doesn't carry any alcohol decor. I have bought t shirts here for craft projects, pictures and they even have some small furniture items. read more

I came into hobby lobby here in Kalispell Montana and was followed out the door very rudely by a woman who had no idea what she was talking about because if I would have been stealing I would have been in their office instead of walking out the door and she tried to insinuate that I was stealing stuff when in all reality I was in there looking around for things for my family for Christmas and just didn't really have the money to buy anything that day if I was you I would not shop here read more

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low and so many businesses in this area. I think the service is fine and there is lots of selection just like any other Hobby Lobby. I bought a lot of Home Decor one day for my work, about $500 worth. Everything I bought was 50% off so it was quite a bit of stuff. The staff was patient with me as they were ringing up all of my items, some of which were large wall decor. They were careful to bag everything as to not break in the car and helped me bring all the bags out to my car. I have no complaints about this location. read more

The selection is nice, but the prices are not. They don't have a Point of Sale system, so the employees read the price tags and have to know if an item is on sale or not. So if the price tag is missing, you may be waiting a looooong time for someone to go check the price. This system is susceptible to error as well. I was inadvertently charged $90.00 for an item that was $.90. Speaking of waiting a looooong time. the service is horrible. There are never employees available to help you locate things, and the check out process is super slow. Today we waited over ten minutes just to pay for one bottle of paint. Not worth the wait. read more

Just moved to the area and had some fabric projects to get done. Was excited to get started, but as a novice I had about four questions on types of fabrics, and lengths. This store has an amazing selection and I was excited to get started. However, the customer service I received was sub-par and made me really uncomfortable; very unwelcoming. The sales lady in this department was very vague with any answers she provided, would not look at me, and with the few questions I had she would roll her eyes and make a 'huff' noise. Overall, very dissatisfied and NOT looking forward to returning to the fabric section. This store is intended to be a welcoming environment for people to explore and gather materials for hobbies, unfortunately, not my experience. read more
