I asked him to roll it up as I was moving. After a few weeks, I called and was told he hadn't even started it. When it was finally delivered, it was rolled up as I had requested. However, he rolled it very tightly and the underside was facing out. I decided to re-roll it out so the front side was facing out so when I laid it out is would lie flat. To my great surprise it didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. I called Taylor and told him the rug looked and smelled dirty. He told me he had cleaned it twice, but would clean it again. He picked it up and again waiting for a couple of weeks called him. He promised to have it to me on Monday as my move date is now imminent. I called today because he didn't deliver it. Now, Taylor is not answering my call. It looks like I spent $79 for cleaning and don't even have a rug.
