I can't recommend this place enough!! They are so good and gentle with your pets needs. I took in my rescue 6 month old Pomsky for her first groom and they made sure that her comfort was their first priority. Walking in the place looked clean and smelled nice, and was greeted nicely by staff. I looked over to all the other puppies getting groomed and they all looked relaxed and I could tell the groomers were handling all dogs with care. I do truly feel that when I leave my dog with them that she is in safe hands. So come check this place out If you're looking for a place to take your fur baby I am 100% sure you will be happy you have chose this place. read more

I was in search of a new groomer for my pup after a previous experience left him traumatized. He suffers from separation anxiety, so finding someone patient and understanding was really important to me. I came across Biches n Bubbles and decided to look into their services, testimonials, and Yelp reviews. That's where I found great feedback about Stef, especially how well she works with dogs who have anxiety. I booked an appointment with Stef online, and she called me right away to ask questions and learn more about my pup before our visit. I really appreciated how thoughtful and proactive she was--it helped put my mind at ease. When I dropped him off, I was pleasantly surprised by how cute and welcoming the shop was. The décor is charming, there's a cozy seating area, and they even offer some pet products for sale. When I picked up my pup, he smelled amazing and his cut was absolutely adorable! Stef took the time to share helpful tips to prepare him for future grooming appointments, which I really appreciated. My pup can be a handful, but Stef was incredibly patient and kind with him throughout the process. As a sweet touch, they send your pup home with a cute bandana after the grooming session. I've continued to return and I'm so happy with Stef and her team--they truly go above and beyond. read more

I have been coming here since they first opened in 2021 and they are theeee absolute best!!! My Remi Roe is an anxious furbaby and I can drop her off with full confidence that she will be well taken care of while I'm away. I adopted my boy Honey a week and a half ago from the shelter. He was left with matting and those little stickers/burs throughout his overgrown coat due to being found in a field abandoned. He had to be mostly shaved down body wise because of it. Aaron did an amazing job despite Honey's anxiety! He fed him treats and talked to him constantly throughout the grooming process (I watched 99 percent of it and was only gone about fifteen minutes out of the two hours of the appointment to grab a coffee and snack). He was so patient and I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into the little guy. Not just Aaron but all the staff were welcoming and came up to Honey as well! I will be coming back, but I'll be making sure to do a morning appointment next time so there's less chaos for my boy's anxiety. read more

We love Bitches N Bubbles! Aaron is, without question, the best dog groomer we've ever had. His skill, attentiveness and care are especially helpful for our special needs senior pup. Our girl is anxious and covered in doggie warts that make grooming tricky and even risky. In the past, she's come back from other groomers with small nicks or obvious stress. But Aaron is incredibly patient and kind. Our pup comes home looking great, feeling calm, and without a single cut or scrape. Aaron is remarkable, and we're so grateful to have found him. I recommend him and the entire Bitches N Bubbles team to anyone reading this! read more

Have been going to this place now for a couple of years. We drive from Carson to Long Beach with our two fur babies. So worth it! You can tell all the staff absolutely love animals. Alex took care of our new puppy. He was so gentle and did an amazing job! It was a bit far of a drive but worth it! I will be back!

I took my little one in for the first time! 5 stars does not cut it! They exceeded my expectations. The moment you walk in, to the check-in, to pick up. When I saw my dog walk towards me I was shocked at how fabulous she looked! I've taken her to big chain groomers and she always looks choppy. Steph did an amazing job and really worked with my dog and her distrust when they touch her paws ( she had been nicked 2 times at the big chain groomers) she smells amazing!! I am beyond happy! I took my miniature schnauzer puppy here for her very first grooming, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, both my puppy and I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Groomer Kody greeted us and took the time to go over exactly what we wanted for the appointment, while also showing genuine care and patience with my puppy. It meant so much to feel confident and safe leaving her in such great hands, especially for her first groom. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely beautiful! Kody also took the time to explain how the appointment went, which I really appreciated. I'm beyond happy with the service and care my puppy received and will definitely be bringing her back to Bitches N Bubbles for her monthly grooms. Big shout-out to groomer Kody--thank you for such a wonderful experience! read more

It pains me to write this review. It really does. Because I've been coming here for a year and I have never had a bad experience, and in this economy we are all trying to stay afloat so the last thing I want to do is hurt a business. But this involves entrusting someone with our fur babies and I couldn't let this go. I have a 14 year old pug, and Kayla and Steph have always worked with him and done such a great job. Go to them if you choose to give this place your business! I brought my senior dog here today hoping for the gentle, professional experience we always get. Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, things felt off. The new groomer, Sarah, approached us with obvious apprehension, like she was not interested in working at all. She immediately asked me if I would be staying or coming back when he was done. I told her I would come back and get him. She told me I had to stay or she would reschedule because "he's like 18" and she didn't feel "comfortable" grooming my elderly dog--after I had already booked the appointment and showed up. That was red flag number one. Who sets conditions after the fact? After informing her that has never been requested of me before and I've been going here for a year, and despite her hesitation, she agreed to proceed when Steph intervened. Then, about 30 minutes later, I got a call saying she wouldn't be finishing the groom because my dog had diarrhea. I understand that accidents happen, especially with older dogs--but what I don't understand is why she left him half-groomed, visibly stressed, and completely wet. I showed up to Sarah standing around, drinking a soda, chatting it up while my dog was left unattended in a wash basin. She wouldn't even acknowledge me or speak to me. I was left to pick up a soaked, confused senior dog who had clearly been through more stress than necessary. No towel dry, no apology, no compassion--not from Sarah. Steph brought him to me, apologized for Sarah, and didn't charge me. But is that enough accountability? If you don't feel comfortable working with older dogs, that needs to be stated before an appointment is booked. This felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. And frankly, it felt like discrimination and maltreatment. Definitely would not recommend Sarah if your pet needs even the slightest bit of extra care or patience. And as much as it pains me, she is the reason I don't feel comfortable going back. read more

I had such an inconvenient experience.. My pup had an appointment with a groomer named Maddie , that was supposed to do services . However she likes to toy around wit customers appointments by putting u down as a no show instead of reaching out to confirm appointment arrival.. An on top of that she was back n forth with me about my appointment n trying to move it to tomorrow with somebody else , without even asking me first if I'm available tomorrow instead ...I wasn't even running 5 minutes late. Then she made the decision to wanna take my dog in but she seemed like she was gonna do my dogs grooming with no effort of wanting too based on her behavior.. and I mentioned to her that I didn't want her to feel pressured to do my dogs grooming.. Again back n forth wit appointment.. Man She Was such an unpleasant and rude person.. I don't recommend u get services with Maddie at all she gives the company like bitches and bubbles a bad name based on how rude and inconvenient her behavior is with customers.. I hope Bitches N Bubbles can fix this problem.. Let me start out by saying Shawn there is nothing ridiculous and laughable about my feedback on this review. As u can see thats why it's a 1 STAR REVIEW!!. What happen at BNB shop is all deadass facts.. An you as a business owner should be fixing this matter instead you giving such a messy fabricating and unprofessional response.. Apparently It's well shown ur immediate to get defensive and impulsive with the clientele that describe their negative experience at BNB.. Nobody has time for those type of businesses. Just to be clear ur groomer Maddie never called to confirm appointment. If she did I wouldn't need to come into the shop and bring my dog to get services it would of been handled over the phone by then .. and if you caught everything on camera, then you would see that I left because your Groomer Maddie's behavior was unpleasant n disrespectful. Obviously this frames ur business is UNPROFESSIONAL n it is messy like ur groomer Maddie's behavior and your unaccountability for the 1 star review u received.. Which u will continue getting 1 star reviews , since your completely incompetent and lack the skills or effort to run the business properly.. So yea I highly don't recommend this business to no one! .. n if anyone is reading this go to another grooming business that honors there customers and make them feel valued and respected when it comes down to services.. read more

Blown away by Bitches n bubbles. I called to see if they offered self service dog wash. They do, for $15 and it included everything you would need. Shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, and apron, profession grooming tables and bath area. Blow dryers and complimentary bandana or bows. On top of all that the service was phenomenal, the vibe was amazing, chill bossa nova covers of popular music had me singing while I worked. I was even offered a beverage! 5 stars. I will be back. read more

Cannot recommend this business highly enough! From the first conversation, you can tell the team here is very professional and friendly! Aaron took care of my Bichon frise, Coconut - he had a full grooming session which included shower, haircut, nails trim, teeth brushing and hair styling. I showed a picture of how I wanted his cut to be, and Aaron exceeded my expectations! Coco had a full on makeover and he looks so good! I loved the cut! I had a chance to see Aaron working on coco when I came in a few mins early to pick him up, and even through my dog's excitement, he handled him with such care! The interiors of this place are wonderful, and they sell cool doggy toys too. You can come do a self wash or get dogs groomed here. They do not groom cats. I had been to this place earlier in the year, and didn't quite love the haircut my Bichon got. After seeing the review, the owner personally reached out and offered a complimentary haircut with their Bichon specialist Aaron. The owner, Shawn, really cares about providing a good customer experience and it reflects very well with his staff. read more

Took my small dog Momo in for a full groom with Meshayla. We were greeted right away and filled out a single page of paperwork. If it's your first time at the groomers, don't forget a copy of your dogs vaccinations! It's clean, the decor is cute, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable! And most importantly, my doggo was super cute!!! Her fur smelled nice and her breath smelled fresh too! My dog is super sensitive with her nails being trimmed, but Meshayla made her feel very comfortable. I asked for a simple trim and not to take too much fur off because I was scared she was going to look like a rat lol. Meshayla did a great job! 100% recommend this place!!! read more
