The owners are very friendly, helpful and passionate about their restaurant. Each day the chef chooses 8 courses that inspire him. He cooks them to order for each person taking time to make each dish perfect. He even comes out to tell you about each dish and where the fish were caught between courses. The pasta is fantastic, the ice cream will live in my dreams forever (they make it on the spot so it takes a while but well worth the wait). It's clean inside, well decorated, and the staff is very kind. If you miss this in Moneglia, you've missed an amazing experience. Highly recommend. I wish I had one of these in San Francisco.
