I've never had smoked seafood in sushi as good as this! Their wasabi isn't your typical green paste, but rather a fresh in house mix like the texture of verde salsa. I usually steer away from wasabi but this was made so well I actually had a dab in each bite. When I visit Holland again, I will definitely come back to Catch.
