Great location. Very friendly staff. When I walked in I was offered the option of a bottled water or beer. Would've gone with the beer but I didn't have any food in me yet so I opted for the water, heh. Megan was my stylist and had a great conversation. They really take their time here to make sure you get the cut you want. Mine took about 30 minutes but time flew by. Prices are fair for the experience so if you're looking for a clean cut I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Truly the best haircut I've ever had. Normally I expect to not like my haircut too much, as I often grow it out long and prepare myself to hate how it looks short. Not this time though. Marisa absolutely nailed it going off of the photo reference of my shorter hair, alongside being an truly friendly and professional person. Marisa did a phenomenal job at creating a very welcoming and comfortable environment, on top of giving a damn good haircut. I don't think I'll go anywhere else for a haircut for as long as I live in this city! read more

Went here for the first time after they recently opened up. Walked in with no appointment, and got sat almost right away. Linda was awesome! Specializing in men's hair, she gave me a perfect high-fade and took exactly the right amount off the top. Great conversation, very easy to talk to, and I came away with a great cut! Well worth it!!! Thanks Linda! read more

Bethany did my 1st professional color and did awesome!! Bethany & Lea's service was amazing, prices are unbeatable & I will be back for sure. Thanks ladies read more

Love the location because I work around the corner. Use to go to the one by UCI and had a great experience there so obviously had to check out this one. Megan gave me a great cut a couple weeks back and I'm planning to go back today for my beard line up. Love this place! read more

Stylist Sara did an amazing job with my new Bob haircut. The staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs! I highly recommend them!

Had such a wonderful experience today when getting a free promotional haircut with Miss Mindy. She was very helpful and educated me in how to cut and color my hair so it would be the healthiest. Best part about Bishops is they listen to what you want and are creative about how to do your hair too. Also, you can get a $5 shampoo and $15 blow dry and style in addition to the cut and it's still faster and more affordable than any other salon. This place is awesome and definitely worth a try because all the stylists are experienced and super talented. Plus you get a beer if you want! Will def be back! read more

I can't express how relieved I am to have found this place, and Sarah! I had a terrible a haircut before finding them and the owner was so nice! She offered recommendations for a stylist to fix it and took care of the cut. I booked an appointment with Sara and she worked absolute magic. This is exactly the haircut I wanted, she recovered it beautifully, given that I had already lost an unnecessary 3 or 4 inches from the first bad cut. And she was fast! So here are my cliff notes: 1) Lea is awesome! 2) Staff is so nice. 3) Sara V. is a magician and an excellent stylist. 4) The salon is rad! Love the decor and personalized mirrors. The beer/wine was a nice add on too! 5) Prices are so reasonable! I have NEVER gotten consistent haircuts the way that I am supposed to. Now that I finally found someone I can trust, I will definitely be back (before my ends start splitting!) =] Thanks so much! read more

Overall, my experience with this shop was amazing. Right when I called I was greeted by Fernando and he was very helpful and explained everything to me. He recommended Linda and I knew it was a perfect match. I will 100% be coming back. The shop was very clean and organized and right around the corner from my home, which is even better. read more

Rosa was the person I scheduled my cut with because of her work I saw on Yelp. I had long hair that I tied into a ponytail but wanted a new look. I knew what I wanted and she listened carefully and was extremely nice and patient. She's a very caring person. We spent close to 2 hours but it flew by like 30 mins to me. She did an excellent job, so much so everyone that saw my cut loved it. read more

Mindy is my new barber moving forward. I was referred to Bishops by word of mouth/campaigning at the Irvine Spectrum. Went in on a sick day and absolutely love this place. Everyone is very kind. Mindy hooked me up with a cut, neck shave, and a very relaxing rinse. Mind you I used a promotional card for a free haircut and still received a five star treatment. You also get beer/wine with your cut. Great place, recommending all my friends to go here. read more

This place sucks they make you wait and wait and wait and say a few more minutes when it's really 30min plus oh well lost my business

Linda S. is THE best. She gets it. Linda takes her time, listens, and is thoughtful about hair. She has cut and colored my hair and has created a style I love and can maintain. I receive compliments daily. The only reason I hesitated to write this review is because I want to keep her to myself! read more

I can't gush enough about Frankie (and his team). We came to the salon under the recommendation of a friend. My son wanted a fade and my mop needed shape, and I was thinking about color. First thing I noticed is that the salon had an energy to it that you only feel when the employees are family. It is a good place to walk into when you've had a rough day. The complimentary beverage, awesome music, and friendly staff relaxed my son and put a zing back into my step. Frankie helped both of us. He listened to what my son wanted and gave him the cut he was looking for. The color consult was amazing. I was on the fence about going bold this summer so we settled on foiled highlights. The cut and color were perfect and I haven't been as happy with my hair for a long time. read more

Stefanie has been cutting my hair since 2011 when I discovered her in Downtown LA. When she moved to a shop in Burbank, I followed her there. Even Irvine is not too far, because she does such a consistently good job. She understands the characteristics of my hair, and she cuts it in a way that I'm happy with. Over the years, she has offered a lot of good styling advice that has brought a lot of compliments. I trust her with my hair 100%. On top of that, she's chill and fun to talk to while you're getting your hair cut. She's great. read more

Franky and his staff are great and kind people. Franky took the time to talk to us and show us around. The free drink and relaxing atmosphere were perfect. Franky knocked out two fades in an hour for my coworker and I. Give them your business. read more

Went to get a trim, mainly to clean up the sides and showed Rosa exactly how much I wanted off the top and she cut over half of what I showed her to cut leaving me with 1/4th of what I had originally, bad experience. read more

In the OC from Chino Hills for baseball tournament and all the boys got cuts from Frankie. Amazing and friendly place. Thanks Frankie.

I really like the vibe of this place. The owner of the salon was very welcoming and friendly. I had an appointment for a haircut at 3:30 pm, but had to wait an extra 30 minutes because the client before me had a reaction to hair bleach (I think). I understood as these things can happen and I didn't mind waiting. After I got my haircut, the owner apologized for the delay and told me that my haircut will be free of charge! Great customer service & very skilled hair stylists! Definitely coming back here soon! read more

My experience at bishops was excellent! When I first came in, I was offered a beer or other beverage. The place looks cool and the staff is very friendly! Mindy cut my hair and did a fantastic job!
