Shout out to Tania! We had a color emergency and a deadline and she helped us correct it with great results. She communicated every step and was up front. I appreciated her tips and expertise. Oh, and the music is awesome! read more

Had a great experience and Jen did an amazing job on my haircut. She gave great input and really came through for me.

Never been to a Bishops before, but heard they were opening a new location. Renee was amazing. Location is great ( you can have a drink while you wait for your appointment). Salon was urban and nicely done. Everyone was friendly and even started small chitchat while waiting. Definitely will be back!!! read more

I had a great appointment with Luis. They are handling the COVID safety protocols exceptionally well. I felt super safe as it was just the two of us in the salon. We both wore masks the whole time. He took my temperature when I arrived and had me wash my hands. He also washed his hands. He was very attentive and asked what kind of haircut I wanted. He would pause to make sure I liked the length before continuing and when he finished he had me check the front, back and left and right sides of my head. I actually have never had a stylist do that before. Usually they only show me the front and back so I really appreciated that. Plus he's just super fun to talk to! Thank you Luis for making me feel like a human again! read more

I came in for a trim and a shampoo! I was greeted promptly upon arrival. Serena was fabulous! Very friendly and I love that she cut just enough off of my length to get rid of the damaged ends and didn't over do it like most. I will definitely be returning. I'm very impressed. You definitely get what you pay for. read more

Went there as I just moved to the area and got a "free haircut" coupon, Serena cut my hair and did a great job. She also found the right balance between chatting a little but not too much. My new hair spot! read more

I would not consider my hair long since it does not even touch my collar but that is what they charged me for. However, the guy did a stellar job cutting my hair so I just took the extra charger out of his tip. I would go back but this time I would pay more attention to what they are charging me for. read more

The color came out just the way I had expected it! Serena did outstanding her personality really shines through and makes your time at the salon so enjoyable! 100% recommend her and the shop! read more

I took my 13yo son in for a haircut and highlights in the front. Alexia did an awesome job. Pretty hard to make a 13yo smile after a haircut, but she got a big one. read more

Finally someone who knows how to cut hair. Maree did exactly what I asked for. She also gave me a couple of tips when dyeing hair. I think I found my hair dresser for life. read more

Serena was awesome! She explained the process in detail, even offered drinks....followed my request, and then I looked great! :-)

The lady I had was amazing (from Oahu, Hawaii), I'm sorry I don't remember your name. She was personable, fun and wonderful with the scissors. Thank you for making me feel beautiful and relaxed on Mother's Day. read more

I saw Renee at Bishops and she is wonderful. Professional, good listener, great ideas for my hair cut. Love the place and love Renee... Go see her!!! read more

I had my hair cut here about a month and a half ago and It was really a great experience. I had Harry cut my hair and he was really personable and easy to talk to. Bishops also made me feel really safe during these weird and unpleasant times. They took temperatures before anyone entered, had hand sanitizer readily available, had guests wash their hands, as well as everyone was wearing the proper face shielding and masks. My haircut was great, my hair looked and felt healthier and it was a surprisingly quick but thorough visit! If you're looking for a quality haircut or color this is your place to go! read more

Went for my first haircut in months and left less than pleased. Never a good sign when the stylist is trying to convince you that the layers will grow out nicely. I asked to add shape back in and add back the layers. I left with more of a shag w the layers being rather abrupt and severe. I also don't quite get the model of Bishops. A shampoo is an add-on and apparently so is the post- cut styling? What I thought was a really affordable haircut would quickly add up to high end places at $75+ I admit it could have been a miscommunication between us that I should have specified long layers but I didn't expect that she'd go so short or that they wouldn't blend in the slightest. read more

Had my first hair cut experience at bishops last week. Love the new location in the lively Campbell area. Was greeted by jay and he offered me a drink. everyone there is very friendly. My stylist Renee is now part of the bishops crew and of course will be following her wherever she goes. Renee always does an excellent job with cuts and is excellent with colors. She makes the experience fun read more

Just had my hair / hairs cut by Frine at Bishops. She listened to what I wanted and instead of the old Supercuts way everyone else has cut my hair, I walked out feeling "Boo-T-Full". Ya got a good thing going there read more

This was my second visit to this Bishops location. Parking is easy in the parking garage behind it. I love how I can book on the website in the morning and get in later the same day. I didn't choose a specific stylist while booking and ended up with Luis. He was fantastic. Greeted me with a smile and handshake, chatted about what I wanted, and got to work. During the cut I mentioned that the website wouldn't let me book a gloss treatment, I guess because not enough time, but he was able to fit it in after all. I walked out with a great cut, beautifully shiny hair from the gloss treatment, and a fantastic styling job. Thank you, Luis! Highly recommend Bishops Campbell and Luis. read more

Renee is amazing. Cut my old lady hair and made me look fab. I will ne returning thanks to her! When there I did notice that the owner seemed to micromanage her staff a bit much and was a bit condescending in theway she spoke with Renee and other staff I felt, but was impressed my Renee's high degree and level of professionalism as she put the client first and acted very respectful. Maybe the owner was just having a stressful day, but she should know that Renee and her team at the Campbell location are all exceptionally talented. Renee is exemplary on all levels. You will have a good laugh with her too. read more

This place is pretty awesome. Very clean and bright in the heart of downtown Campbell. This place is amazing!! I got a hair cut today and usually I hate getting hair cuts because they cut way to much off but Lupita made sure it was still long but got all the dead ends off. Definitely will be back when I need a trim again. Plus they are handling COVID well, everything is super clean and everyone was wearing masks. read more

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! They were so patient with my particularities for balayage highlights to melt into an ombré. They spent hours making sure it was perfect for them and I. Throughout my service I watched all the other stylist do excellent cuts and colors too. Arynn did an exceptional job on my difficult-to-do hair and she does an incredible blow out with my kinky hair which means she could probably do anyone's. I am so sold on this place. Highly recommended from all aspects including kindness, price, timeliness, upbeat, warmth, patience and fun. Great experience. read more

Jay took the time to transform my hairstyle to a beautiful Baliage, exactly what I wanted!! I'm so happy with the results!! Absolutely coming back to get a touch up and refer this place to my friends and family. Thank you! read more

They are very professiona, friendly, and take sanitation seriously. They made me feel welcome and like I'm family. Harry was absolutely amazing. He took great care in my transformation. I came in with dry hair and transformed my hair from dull and plain to a beautiful healthy colored head of hair. They are truly artists in what they do. And they made me believe again that their are salons out there that are kind caring frindly and professional. I am and will always be coming back to them for all of my hair needs. I am and will always be their client. They take great care in making you feel welcome and comfortable in changing your look. I har recieved rave reviews on my hair in just 1 day. Which was truly wonderful. Inwas scared of the change. But they incouraged me to be me and helped me to understand that change is good. And to take great care in myself. So thank you all and to Harry for all you have done. I will be coming back from now on. No doubt about it. Thank you for taking great pride in what you do. Love y'all ‍ read more

Most hair salons can be intimidating...the stylists use terms they know you don't understand or are always trying to sell you something or tell you that there's something extra you need. Not here. My stylist was really nice and made me feel very comfortable. It was the first time EVER I was not pressured to dye my hair (I never have, and people always try to make me). I made the appointment online (a little bit confusing, maybe add descriptions to some of the options?) for the shampoo and deep conditioning plus the hair cut. The deep conditioning is definitely worth it, my hair was so soft and looked extra healthy. The vibe of this place is chill and very relaxing, and minus being charge for a shampoo was pretty reasonable. Have been recommending to friends and will be back again! read more

The color in my hair turned out great. Everyone was super friendly! Definitely a great place to check out.

I haven't cut my hair in a long time and was in need for a change. Jay took such great care of me! Unlike other places I've been, he spent time asking me good questions about what I wanted and want afraid of getting in there with some color! It helped that he offered suggestions about what would look good with my skin tone and in the long run. Jay, thank you for helping me with my fresh start. I hope to see you again! read more

Made an appointment online and confirmed it. Drove across town showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early. They told me they don't have anyone available for two hours and had no excuse for it. The only reaction was "sorry" half heartedly. Will never go there or recommend anyone go there. read more
