Aileen was awesome. It was my first time with Bishops. And love my cut and got lot of wonderful compliments on the haircut. Thanks Aileen. You are awesome! read more

I was looking for a new place to get a haircut and found that Bishops was open after I got off work. I made a reservation for 8 with Luis. He was a super nice guy and I really appreciated that he seemed to actually listen to what I wanted and did a great job of accommodating my requests. I have a pretty simple haircut so I wasn't too worried but I've had issues in the past with barbers whose idea of an inch was drastically different than my own. Didn't have any of those issues with Luis, I left super satisfied. read more

Went back for my son's haircut and had a good experience. Listened to my needs of using scissors instead of clippers and my son was happy. read more

Bishops Campbell - Hair Salons Near Me - Campbell, California

See all

As this salon only accepts walk-ins, I was half expecting to be sat around waiting to be seen, considering it was a Saturday mid afternoon. However, Maree was able to see me straight away (even thought salon was busy) and quickly put me at ease. I'd putting off having my haircut since a less than favourable experience at an alternate barbershop in Campbell, but Maree listened to what I was looking for and was constantly checking with me to make sure she was taking enough off the top and the sides. She has a wealth of experience and I was more than happy to go by her advice. I was more than happy with the end product and I will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend this place! read more

AMAZING PEOPLE AND LOVELY CUT!!!! Super stoked on the service at Bishops and the people they have on their team are incredible. Much love and gratitude for this new addition to Campbell. read more

Great experience with Arynn and Luis for myself and my boyfriend. Arynn helped me preserve my long hair and Luis gave a great cut for my boyfriend's hair and beard. I'm normally kind of uncomfortable sitting in a salon chair, but Arynn is the right amount of chatty, easy to talk to, and gave good pointers on helping keep my long hair healthy. Luis was also very friendly and personable, willing to work off of a simple picture. If you two read this, thanks a bunch! We'll be returning! read more

My 9 year old daughter really wanted to get her long hair cut. Bishops is a few minutes from our home and had an appointment available so that's where we went. The experience was fantastic! Luis was extremely friendly and I could tell my daughter felt comfortable right away. Her hair looks gorgeous., exactly what she wanted. We will definitely be back. read more

Terrible costumer service! I came once to cut my hair with Angel, great job. So I decide to come again the following day to get highlights. I check - in online for a supposed 1 minute wait. When I get to the salon they tell me that Angel is actually not working but someone else can help me in 45 min. They also offer to call me when the stylist Alexia, is ready for me. Fine, I leave my number again and go home. After 45 min none calls so I go back. When I get there Alexia tells me that since it's 4.30 and they close at 7 she can't do my hair (seriously?!). Also, in general it's better to come in the morning for highlights. When I complain asking why none told me when I came an hour earlier she replies "there is nothing I can do about it". She didn't even apologize!!! And made up excuses saying they didn't have my number, com'on!! When I say that this is very disappointing and I may not come back she replies again "fine". What a great attitude and customer service. If she does hair as well as she relates to people I feel blessed that she did not work on mine. read more

Stopped in for a quick cut and was placed with Alexia. After a shampoo, cut, and styling, the results were better than I had expected for walking into a new place! She did an amazing job and I felt great about my new hair. Affordable, pleasant, and great results! read more

Bishops Campbell fits perfectly in the community. I had Dominique color my hair after it being not being treated in years. She was patient and creative with her suggestions. In the end, she colored my hair in purples, pinks and red. All the colors blended SO nice! Definitely will come back and see her again. read more

Ok, so I have gone to Bishops several times and I have had ALL good experiences. But they just hired this guy named Jay MS who takes barber/stylist to the next level. The care he puts into your hair and beard is really noticeable. And with confidence and competence, he moves fast. I don't generally do reviews and I honestly don't impress that easily, but I was impressed. This is my "go-to" from now on. Thanks man! read more

I was tiered of getting a terrible haircut just because it was cheap. I walked in and the stylist actually talked with me and made a plan. Everyone is always polite and I've never left feeling like my cut wasn't exactly what I wanted. Great beard trims too. read more

Super super welcoming place. Walked in with absolutely no wait time on a Sunday morning. Aileen did a wonderful job, making sure that she still kept a good length and got my dead ends. Definitely a great conversation and will be coming back!! read more

I had the pleasure of having a cut and my roots touched up by Ashley Asis!!! She is the best! I walked away so satisfied! She made sure every step of the way that I was happy since I told her that I was unsatisfied after my last cut at another salon. I would highly recommend Ashley and Bishops to everyone! read more

I went in for a quick cut, more of just a refresh on my style, no dramatic change. Monique was my stylist and she consistently made sure we were on the same page and made sure I was happy with what she was doing. I'll definitely go back when it's time for another cut. read more

Great haircut, no line, no complaints! They were very friendly and helpful. Also forgot to mention the 50% off from here which I'm disappointed about but that's my fault. Would recommend! read more

I went in to Bishops for my very first time to get my hair bleached/colored by Dominique and I was extremely satisfied with the way my hair turned out. She is a very talented hair stylist and would recommend her for hair coloring and cuts. Dominique was very patient as this was my first time ever coloring my hair and she made sure I got the tone of blonde I was looking for. Will definitely be coming back for hair coloring and hair cuts. read more

I rarely ever write a review, but I have to mention what a phenomenal job Maree did with my hair yesterday! She took so much time and care to make sure it was just right...and I could not be happier with the results. I recommend her highly!!!! read more

I made a quick stop and was greeted by Serena who quickly got me in the chair and gave me a great haircut, shampoo and I was out the door in no time. Next time I'm driving down from the Bay Area and in need of a quick trim, I've got the place to go. read more

I got a haircut by Dominique in Campbell and I love it! I never know how to switch things up so I just gave her creative freedom and told her I wanted to go shorter. This is one of the few haircuts that have gone shorter that I end up liking. She gave me an A symmetrical lob which I have never tried, but am loving it! Super nice staff and very clean salon. I also love that they have a seven days policy, so if you change your mind or need a few things fixed they will give you another appointment free of charge until it's perfect. The Campbell location also has a farmers market every Sunday where they let you spin a wheel of coupons - I don't know if other locations do this, but it's great! Really good experience at Bishops! I will be back for all of my haircuts! read more

Easy in, easy out, in a higher end professional salon for an excellent price! Go to Serena, she did a great job and was really friendly.

Was able to walk right in, got terrific haircut by Alexia and will definitely be back!

This was my first time at Bishops Cuts and it was a wonderful experience not to mention the service! Serena definitely knows what she's doing and is a great addition to the staff. read more

Aileen is a patient and talented stylist. She got my damaged, frizzy hair under control and looking fresh for spring. And...she was able to get me in on a Sunday. read more

I noticed this place as I was walking around downtown, and I needed a haircut to prepare myself for Halloween. The cut I wanted was a little "out-there", but the hair stylist I was paired with, Friné, was accommodating, professional, fun to talk to, and great at her job. She made my hair look exactly the way I want it to. Fantastic, high quality service. read more

Luckily found this place on a weekday & they cut my sons hair so he could donate it. Excellent customer service & friendly attitudes!! We'll definitely be back! read more

First time as this shop and I have to say the service was great! I particularly liked how they quickly checked us in at the counter. They've incorporated the use of technology in their salon. For example , I received a text when I checked in and when the stylist would be ready (gave me an opportunity to walk around beautiful downtown Campbell). Also I got an email after the visit which asked for feedback. The stylist did a great job in cutting my son's hair and provided suggestions on what she could do. What essentially sold me on the quality of service was that she braided my son's hair after the haircut (he had braids before the cut). She didn't have to do it but we appreciated it! Both my son and I were very happy with the final product and plan to go back. read more

Ask for Serena. Top notch service and great haircut. Super chill place. It's worth the extra few bucks compared to Great Clips or Super Cuts or whatever. They actually care because the stylists get paid more when they do a good job. So, you get better service and a better cut. One of those service experiences where you leave feeling like you should have paid more for what you got. Also, free beer with my damn haircut and a hot towel. Yessssss please. read more

I was at the farmers market on Sunday with my kids and this business was having a spin the wheel promo which of course my toddler just had to stop and spin the wheel haha. She landed on 20% off a haircut and I actually haven't had a haircut since I was pregnant with my second baby which was over a year ago so I went ahead and booked an appointment with them. I got the stylist Maree and she was amazing! Great cut, she listened and asked me questions about what I want. Made fabulous recommendations and was just overall experienced and professional and I felt comfortable letting her do what she wanted. I also really really appreciated the fact that she was more focused on my hair cut instead of asking me questions about my personal life and all the other small talk stylists usually make while cutting. She was completely focused and I found that to be refreshing. Keep in mind this was in the evening at 6:30pm so I was expecting her to be distracted and tired after a long day but she was completely the opposite. I WILL be back and I WILL request Maree again. So glad I stumbled upon this place. read more

My hair color came out perfect! Hair color product knowledge was excellent. Loved the haircut too!! Very friendly and courteous service.

Had my first experience at Bishop Salon in Campbell last week with Courteney. She did an amazing job on a complete color makeover on my hair. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat with friendly staff. Highly recommend this Salon for a fun hip vibe! read more

Alexis was great! She looked at pics I wanted and knocked it out of the park! She takes time and really focuses on a great cut. Definitely far and away better than your average barber shop. Plus free beer and water upon request! Definitely going back! read more

I came here for a cut and color, had some idea of what I wanted but came out with something completely different and better. My hair color was black and blonde and Jay figured out a great way to balance out everything into a cohesive color set that was really unique and dimensional!! A really cool combination of auburn, metallic grey and lavender!!! Nothing I'd ever think of & just shows his creativity & talent! Please give this man a raise ! read more

Awful experience and very bad haircut. Serena cut my hair recently and it was uneven, choppy, and had a weird shape. I told her when it was done and she made some additional cuts and styled it. I knew something was off still, but left and said I would style it on my own and come back in if I needed it fixed. I know sometimes people have off days. I got home and saw that there were pieces that were an inch longer than the rest in odd places. I had to wait 4 days for her to be back on the schedule. When I called on the day she was supposed to be there they said she wasn't there and that someone else could help. I couldn't wait any longer so went in. She was there. She said that she couldn't fix it because she had lost her voice. So another stylist would do it. Then she went in the back and was laughing and chatting with a co-worker the entire time I was there. The other stylist did not know that she was supposed to fix my hair so after 20 minutes of waiting I asked the receptionist if the stylist knew and finally got her attention. She confirmed that my hair was horribly cut with crooked pieces and uneven pieces. Just a mess. This was an awful experience. My hair is still not right. Choppy on one side and just barely ok on the other. I sent an email for the owner through the website and did not get a response. Don't risk it. A friend of mine had the same experience there and will not go back either. read more
