I also liked that there's a bar area showing sports games, which adds to the fun vibe. I ordered the fresh-squeezed orange juice and the 2-egg breakfast with tater tots, easily some of the best tater tots I've had. Highly recommend them. As a group we got the banana nut French toast and it definitely lived up to the "as seen on TV" hype. Would absolutely come back!

We chose three styles of potato as our sides since we wanted to try everything. They were good, my favorite was the sweet potato tots, a little sweet, more like a dessert for me. However, we asked for extra crispy for the hash brown, but it came out not so crispy. The buttermilk pancakes were very fluffy, and the syrup was not too sweet, perfect for sharing. Our server was kind and friendly, but she seemed to be too busy, so took over 15 mins to order.

Well, it's 17 June had come back to get stitches out of course US Egg was the first place I came for breakfast. Madeline was our waitress, what a great attitude. Thank you for chasing the chickens and the pigs for us. We feel special. We'll be back for our last check up in July. Looking forward to seeing you all again. I can't believe you guys got negative reviews, your five star all the way, thanks. We'll see you soon.

My family placed our order and our plates came out fairly quickly. While their prices are slightly higher than other breakfast places, they make it up in the quality of their food. I like how expansive their menu is with options to choose a mix and match. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, and it came with sausage gravy, two eggs, hash browns, and toast. Their Chicken Fried Steak was perfectly fried with a tender interior. The sausage gravy on top was savory and creamy. Anywhere that has a good Chicken Fried Steak is a win for me! Kudos to the cooks for frying my hash browns just the way I like. It had a golden brown exterior and was extremely crispy. I haven't been to U.S. Egg in a very long time and, with so many breakfast eateries around the area, there is a lot of competition. I forgot how great their food and service is and will be back more often.

The restaurant itself had a nice enough atmosphere, but the way management treated the workers completely ruined it for me. I witnessed a manager named Joe speaking harshly to a worker who was visibly upset after losing her 4-day-old son. Instead of showing compassion while she was grieving, he became angry with her for crying. I found the situation extremely upsetting and felt that she deserved empathy and understanding. The food was good and the ambience was decent, but the way employees were treated made the entire experience uncomfortable. For that reason, I will not be returning

They have a proper juicer, a high-quality espresso machine, and serve Lavazza coffee. My cappuccino tasted amazing--a refreshing change from the basic coffee served at many breakfast restaurants. From the atmosphere and service to the food, juice, and coffee, everything was thoughtfully done. Eggstasy shows that a busy breakfast restaurant can still deliver great quality and attentive service. Other breakfast places should follow their lead.

Since we had already looked over the menu before arriving, we were ready to order and placed our food order along with our drinks. Overall, the food was good, and I really liked that you can choose from different types of potatoes as a side. As a huge potato fan, having options is definitely a plus! My biggest complaint was the wait for our food. It took quite a long time for our plates to arrive, and unfortunately, when they finally did, the food was not very hot. It had more of the warmth you would expect from something that had been sitting under a heat lamp rather than freshly prepared. That said, we still enjoyed our meal and the friendly service. I am looking forward to coming back to explore their cocktail menu and try some of their other dishes featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Our server went to get water for our table when I wasn't immediately ready to order, and came back with a bleeding hand. The replacement server was very personable as well, and took our orders including multiple special requests. Our original server recovered enough to come back and check on us after we received our entrees. Companion ordered a waffle meal with poached eggs and crispy bacon, specifically requesting the waffle well done and no butter and the bacon well done as well. Both were done perfectly, as requested. The poached eggs were good too, although there was standing water in the bowl with the eggs that had to be soaked off with napkins. Also companion was unhappy with the herb garnish on the poached eggs, go figure. I will say, First Watch is very good about accommodating special requests and doing them correctly. I ordered the smoked salmon roasted vegetable frittata no bread extra greens. This is my standard order, and I love it. It was prepared a little differently here than in Scottsdale. The mushrooms and roasted tomatoes were in extremely large pieces, a couple of the mushrooms were whole. This makes for a rather lumpy uneven frittata, and still required a knife and fork to cut them smaller for consumption. I guess the larger pieces look more rustic? I think the chef could slice the mushrooms and Julianne the tomatoes for a better effect. The frittata was a little extra brown on the egg parts, probably a function of trying to get the eggs fully done around the large chunks of vegetables! Greens were plentiful but required more dressing. It was promptly brought overbon request. I lucked out and got to eat my friends blueberry compote for dessert, a spoon full of richness after my healthy meal. Server left out check for whenever we were ready, and we paid at the exit.
