Came in expecting a good breakfast. And it was. The service was really good, too. Unfortunately, it is also pretty expensive. I haven't spent over $50 for breakfast for two in a diner. Ever. Pricing is deceptive. Be careful on build-your-owns, and just because you are offered a biscuit instead of toast, doesn't mean it is included with your meal (I was charged extra), and a tiny side of gravy is extra too. The thing that was most surprising is the fact that the floors, walls and ceiling are unbelievably filthy. The wall at the end of the bar is visibly fuzzy at quite a distance. And it's a huge wall. The ceilings are black with grease, and on a Saturday morning the floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, if not months. This review applies to the Lowell location. Sounds like they are moving to a new location in Tombstone Canyon. Gone will be the ample free parking. Hopefully they can keep it cleaner. Bottom line? We won't be back. read more

A dear friend, her husband, and I met for breakfast here this Monday morning. They were on their way back to Texas afterward. We were the first ones in the building when it opened at 7am. Mitzi, manager and our server, made our breakfast a true dining experience. I had Eggs Florentine, my friend had a blueberry pancake, and her hubby had the Copper Kettle. Food was delicious but the coffee was strong and the sausage gravy way too peppery. However, service and ambiance were top notch. The place was lacking the loud tourist crowd this Monday morning. Spent a weekend in Bisbee and had a big group trek to BBC. Had some great food and impeccable service- they handled our giant group and split checks like pros! Loved the avocado chicken salad, the wingdinger skillet and the Bloody Mary. Always a fav in the Valley but nice to come down south in the state to where it all started. read more

Service was good, and had one of the best bloody marys. The wingdinger was ok, but we didn't like the gravy as it was a bit bland. The potato cakes with sour cream though... bomb. Biscuits and gravy, again, not great because the gravy wasn't fantastic. Bacon was cooked well though. The kitchen is open and in the middle of the space, but not distracting at all. One downside of this is that you'll leave smelling like a kitchen haha. Beautiful surrounding area, worth checking out. read more

Found this restaurant on Yelp! It's in the small town of Lowell, AZ (right near Bisbee). It's a hopping place with plenty of breakfast choices (we went for breakfast). The portions are huge! I had the corned beef hash and the biscuit that came with it was the size of my head! Ok, not really, but it was big. My husband had a waffle. All very Good! Our server was friendly and efficient. Location is great and lots of parking in old Lowell downtown. Place has a good atmosphere, but a little run down, but to be fair, it is very old. The food portions were generous, but actually too much. The pancakes were so big they were hanging over the plate. Eggs and bacon were nothing fancy. Hearty breakfast options in a historic old building on the main drag in Bisbee. I got the biscuits and gravy with extra sausage. When our server asked if I wanted a half or full order, I should have known the portion would be enormous. Stopped here for breakfast after walking the Busbee 1000 steps and it was a great choice. The service was great, friendly and fast. We did not have to wait long for our drinks or meal. The street feels like you've stepped back in time, with the buildings and parked cars left the same as they were decades ago. The restaurant has two main areas, which used to be a pharmacy and a glass factory many years ago. There is a large team of friendly wait staff who will take great care of you. The restaurant is about 5 mins from Main Street so you do need to drive if staying in downtown. There was ample parking. For food we ordered the Big Fortune and Chicken Fried Steak. Both came with a fresh biscuit. All the food hit the spot. Nothing about this place is gourmet or fancy; but if you're looking for tasty classic American breakfast food, this is your spot. There are not many restaurants to choose from in Bisbee, especially on the weekdays. The Bisbee breakfast club is a local chain in Arizona so I thought it would be pretty good. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great. The juevos rancheros was served on crunchy tortilla chips with what seemed like pace salsa in the jar from the grocery store. The plates are fairly large and the prices are a little high given the quality of food. The menu does not clearly state which items are/may be prepared gluten-free but our server was able to provide guidance. read more

We drove in to Lowell from Tucson. After some site seeing, we stopped in for some lunch. We got there before the crowd hit! We ordered everything from breakfast to brunch. The wait staff was very nice and helpful when asked about the food or even info on the building. The food was very good--no matter which of us got what! The pricing was reasonable too. My husband and I loved the look of this restaurant, the outside and inside is historic. I ordered the pancakes and my husband the biscuits and gravy. I liked my pancakes, my husband's food was cold.
