I am writing this review based on my sister's experience working at this dental office, as well as…read morewhat she shared with me about the workplace. My sister is a Black woman, and the way Black employees were treated raised serious concerns for me. She also described what she felt was unequal treatment among employees. According to her, one white employee was allowed to contribute very little to the workplace without facing the same level of scrutiny or consequences as others. This created concerns about favoritism and unequal standards. I also learned about another Black female employee who reportedly passed out after being exposed to blood. She continued working there afterward but was reportedly fired approximately a year later. This raised additional concerns about how Black employees were treated. It seems to be a pattern with Black individuals in general. Seeing Dr. Gooch wearing a "Gulf of America" T-shirt also made me uncomfortable and contributed to my concerns about the workplace environment. Based on my sister's experience and what she shared with me, I would encourage anyone considering this office to carefully consider their options.

Sooo many years of people staring at mumble nasty comments. My family didn't treat me no different. But I tried to distance my self from the staring and this kid I was working at a grocery store and I would hear his song all I want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth. The assistants and Doctor Lewis were absolutely AMAZING and a 15 out of 10. They were so caring and supportive through the whole trauma. They swaddled me in a furry blanket because I was shaking then they checked on me the whole time and sat with me. Heather would pop in randomly and just let me know I was doing great haha. When they first gave me the numbing medicine one of the girls was giving me a nice little arm rub for support and the doctor let me know that sometimes when the medicine gets in your blood stream it can cause your heart to beat very fast, that and not being able to swallow gave me the panic attack. Anyways I will be coming to this office for a long time. I highly recommend this place for anyone but especially babies like me

This big surgery is going to be a process. In addition, my office experience has been exceptional. I first met Jaiden and then I spoke with LaToya later - both individuals obviously have outstanding work ethics and are very experienced as well...plus they are kind and supportive people. And then on Monday, I met Raegan and Brooklyn who work alongside Dr. Adam in the surgical room/suite. It seems to me, that both Raegan and Brooklyn are very skilled and sensitive people, because I was a wee bit nervous and excited at the same time. As I indicated earlier, this is gonna be a process; so, I just might follow-up a few months from now to let whomever is interested know the final fabulous results. Plenty of free parking and Koplon offers payment options if needed. Finally, I give God all the glory and credit for leading me to the Koplon Clinic. Thank you
