My entire experience from picking up the phone to make an appointment to checking out was a wonderful experience. Who says that about an unexpected root canal? No one ever! I was very nervous about going because I just moved to Alabama and I picked this practice from my insurance list. I checked for reviews and called to make an appointment. The appointment setter was very patient with me as I tried to find my insurance info. She then sent me all the forms electronically so I could fill them out at home. When I arrived I was greeted by two very friendly front desk associates. I barely sat down before I was called to the back. I was provided a treatment plan with prices and they explained everything along the way. Although I went in because my crown came off, I stayed for a much needed root canal. I don't think I've ever sat in a dentist chair and felt so safe and comfortable. No pain at all and they asked me multiple times to make sure I was pain free. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
