Dr. Sollenberger and his assistant Allison really did a great job from start to finish with my first ever dental implant! Numbing went so great I didn't know he was done and looked to see when he was going to start. Thanks again Dr.David Sollenberger for making it an easy painless process! And big thanks to Allison for being so comforting and informative as well!

I made it through with Dr. Vance and his beautiful nurse. And so my journey began. I had not been to a dentist not even to take someone for an appointment. Y'all I was to scared to cry. Dr. Vance I had never met anyone like him. My appointment was in the afternoon and for him to still be as wonderful as he was still just wonderful. I had an extremely disappointing experience with ClearChoice. I paid in full with cash for what was…read morepresented as a premium treatment plan and invested a significant portion of my life savings because I trusted what I was promised. Unfortunately, my treatment plan was never fully completed, and I never received all of the products and services that I paid for. Instead of delivering the premium quality that was advertised, I felt like corners were cut and lower-cost alternatives were used without proper explanation. Another major concern was that much of my treatment appeared to be performed by students or inexperienced staff while I was paying premium prices for specialized care. I expected experienced professionals throughout the process, especially considering the cost. Customer service was also disappointing. Once payment was made, it became very difficult to get concerns addressed or receive clear answers about my treatment. I felt like my concerns were ignored rather than resolved. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage anyone considering ClearChoice to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and fully understand exactly what products, materials, and services are included before paying. I regret trusting the sales presentation, and I cannot recommend my experience. Beware go else where and get estimates not just them.

When questions or concerns came up, there wasn't much accountability everything felt deflected rather than addressed. Overall, it gave the impression of a business that prioritizes closing deals over delivering consistent, knowledgeable care. I expected a lot more transparency and professionalism.

My sister is a Black woman, and the way Black employees were treated raised serious concerns for me. She also described what she felt was unequal treatment among employees. According to her, one white employee was allowed to contribute very little to the workplace without facing the same level of scrutiny or consequences as others. This created concerns about favoritism and unequal standards. I also learned about another Black female employee who reportedly passed out after being exposed to blood. She continued working there afterward but was reportedly fired approximately a year later. This raised additional concerns about how Black employees were treated. It seems to be a pattern with Black individuals in general. Seeing Dr. Gooch wearing a "Gulf of America" T-shirt also made me uncomfortable and contributed to my concerns about the workplace environment. Based on my sister's experience and what she shared with me, I would encourage anyone considering this office to carefully consider their options.
