New Review Time Attending a free Holiday dining experience provided by Jefferson county commissioner woman Shelia Tyson and .Commissioner Scales. Seeing old friends and coming together for fun and cheer. The band named "The Clutch Band" did a great job again. The Delphonics is the headliner and taking us back in time; singing when you get right down to it, somebody loves you girl, ready or not here i come, hey Love, what's it all about Alfie, Love won't let me wait, la la means I love you, the love that I give to you, the hit "Didn't I blow your mind this time. The choreography to these songs performed by the Delphonics were spectacular. The only suggestion is for the sound man to adjust the mike for the singers. They were a little low but we enjoyed it anyway. We could hear them but could have had a little more volume Great event. Ready for next year

I had to come here for a track meet. There were kind staff and the only not great thing is that the Ari was very stuffy.

I was at the Crossplex a few months ago to give blood. At that time, I didn't see the full extent of what the facility had to offer. Tonight, I went to support my son at his first indoor track meet. There is plenty of parking and the facility was large enough for social distancing to be enforced. There were quite a few officers there so I personally felt safe. The workers we encountered were helpful. The indoor track area is nice. There was plenty of space for the multiple events. The bleachers area was large enough for us parents/supporters to space out. The Crossplex also limited the amount of tickets sold to keep the capacity down. I'm sure we will be back soon.

I've been here for several events: a concert, graduations, Back to School Institute, etc. the facility is nice. They have finally fixed the air issue because it used to be a sweatbox. I wish the city would've thought to add additional parking instead of that grassy area though.

This is the indoor track at the Birmingham Crossplex.

Tickets were half as much as they were in Atlanta so I drove to Birmingham for a mini-break! Parking can be pre-purchased online starting at $20 but there was a line of cars to enter so arrive early. Even though I had $25 nosebleed seats (shoutout to Live Nation's 1/2 off sale), the screens made it easy to see and the acoustics were great! Both performers were AMAZING! The line moved fairly quickly and I had no issues with security or staff (unlike State Farm). But an end row seat meant I had to frequently stand to to let people in. Patrons were super friendly. We all sang along to Maze's "Before I Let Go" as we exited. Rest in heaven Frankie Beverly.. I didn't order anything or use the restrooms so I can't comment on the amenities or food yet. But it was a pleasant experience. I recommend Legacy Arena BJCC and will return. Pics to come on my next visit!

The late great John Denver performed the first concert at the BJCC coliseum (known today as the Legacy Arean) on Sept. 28, 1976! Growing up, the BJCC was a big entertainment destination because few and far between were the "great" entertainment acts who visited my hometown of Huntsville, AL. Over the years, I've seen lots of great acts at the BJCC, including Van Halen [pre Van Hagar days] numerous times starting in August 1981, the legendary The Who on November 30, 1982, Kid Rock numerous times, and attended an excellent Alanis Morisette show here! It's nice to have the Uptown Entertainment District nearby and the extensive modernization of the arena in 2020 enhanced the lighting and sound systems, concessions, and amenities for artists. Well done Majic City!

I also have not been to the Boutwell in decades. lol The event had dedicated parking $30 , at the attached lot. I thought this was insane but being in downtown Birmingham at NOON, parking options are limited. Getting into the event was easy. There was a security checkpoint. However, locating my seat was not easy. The event staff wasn't very helpful. The few I saw. The seating was not clear based on what was printed on the ticket..... I just sat wherever. Pretty much all of the seats were decent at this event. Overall, this was a fun sporting event. I would like to see more workers available to assist guests. Also better signage to help navigate throughout the venue.

It will be televised maestro and Luther has classes all over the city. Most are free and those are sponsored. Next year help make the event a record breaker. I support this event
