I've been hearing sounds of scratching and scurrying around in my attic at night for 5 days…read more Thought was a raccoon. I found All City Animal Trapping on yelp and they have great reviews so gave them a call at 8 pm and got a call back less than 10 minutes later. I was able to set up a visit for the next day and Pete came out. He did a thorough examine doors and outside and determined it to be rats which literally was worse than raccoons. The last thing I wanted was for the rats to come inside to our living areas. Pete set some traps and then sent me some information for which package deal I wanted. I really think their pricing is competitive and they are honest. After I signed the necessary paperwork Jorge and Braeden were put a couple of days later to seal up all the potential entry points and place more traps. They returned about every 4 days for three more visits and on the last day Jorge sprayed a disinfectant. So it seems like these guys sealed the entry points while the rats were out because I didn't hear any more noise, the traps were empty and no more new droppings noted in the attic and outside. Pete, Jorge and Braeden were punctual and professional. Nice guys who take their job seriously. Now while I hope I don't need them again in the future but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call All City Animal Trapping if we get more unexpected visitors.

We had our Internet and TV go down and called the cable company to come fix it. They discovered…read moreone of our under house vent screens was ripped out, indicating an animal had gotten under our raised foundation house. The cables under the house were messed up and they fixed our Internet. Cable guy was pretty sure it was a raccoon. We had the vent screen repaired and also reinforce several other vent screens that seems a bit rusty. That night, we heard lots of scratching under the house in different locations. Whatever it was, it was trying to get out. We called another company to give us a quote. He only looked at the broken screen and looked into the access door to under the house with a flashlight. He quote a high amount to "trap" a raccoon, then a bigger amount to "disinfect" under the house, and then a contract to keep coming back to handle our animal problem. Didn't sound right, called around and found All City Animal Trapping. All City Animal came over to inspect and said it was a skunk! Maybe more than 1 as there were different size foot prints. He found a tunnel nest that we built under the house, but didn't extend to outside the house. He didn't setup a trap, rather he spayed sprayed some predator pheromones under the house and instructed us to leave the crawl space hole to outside the house open, since all the vents were closed. This method would allow all the skunks to leave, especially if it was a family with babies. We setup a couple security cameras pointed at the access space and the back yard. Sure enough, when it got dark we saw a skunk appear and hop out. A couple minutes later, we saw another skunk hop out from under the house. The oder lingered for several days, and we left the access hole open for 3 day to let "mama skunk" come back and get babies if there were lots of babies. They tend to have 3 - 12 of them and if they are little, she could come get them one at a time. Long story short, there didn't seem to be any babies. Just 2 skunks and they came back to checkout the access hole every 3 - 4 days, not going back under the house while it was open. We closed it and about 2 weeks later, when the smell had mostly dissipated, one came back and went the locked crawl space grate and started pulling on it to get back in for a couple minutes and gave up. It's now been about 3 months and we still see the skunk come back to the house, look at the under house access and then walk away. Only one time tugging on the locked grate. So our wild animal problem is gone with 1 visit, worked just like they said. High recommendations for a quick 1 time visit, guaranteed to get rid of "all of them" and it worked just like they predicted. No trap, no dead skunk under the house and smell. We did warn our neighbors to be sure they closed up their access and we don't know where the skunks went, but they do come back to check out out every week and then move on.

To start things off, I'd like to say that it was a pleasure having Francisco (Frank) over at my…read morehome to take care of my wildlife issue. He was a professional, a great person, and a fun personality, to be around. I had reached out to a few agencies in addition to Frank's, but his (he) was the only one that returned my call AND told me that he would be able to take care of my issue; the only other agency that picked up would/could not. The issue I had was birds that were nesting in a wide and flat space about 25-30 feet high in my roof. I wouldn't have minded, but their droppings (and the diseases they come with) just became too much - occasionally, my wife and I would even find a baby bird that had unfortunately fallen from the nest and died. Apparently, the mesh that was supposed to be there either was never installed prior to us moving in, or had degraded. Well, with kids in our plans, I didn't want us to continue dealing with this, so I'm thankful Frank was able to come out (the day of!) to take care of it. Frank allowed me to watch his work whenever I could, and we had great short conversations here and there. At the end of it all, he had pulled out three nests (neither birds nor eggs were in them; if they were, he would've still taken care of them properly, and released them), cleaned everything up, and installed a high-quality mesh in place. He informed me that his work comes with a 6 month warranty. However, after I mentioned that I've only seen droppings around this time of the year, he agreed that some birds are seasonal, and generously extended that warranty to a one year period - I really appreciated this. Just as he was getting ready to go, I re-noticed that I had a similar issue on the back end of my roof. Frank returned in two days, with a new hire (Douglas - also a great guy), and took care of that as well. Both services were provided at good reasonable prices. Frank's number of Yelp reviews probably indicates to you that his business is new, but I've learned that he has years of experience under his belt working for other agencies before coming out on his own. If you have any issues with wildlife in/around your home, I highly recommend you give Frank a call, and allow him to see what he could do for you. I don't think you'll regret giving him the time in your day.

He tracked down where they were getting in and put in a custom one-way door, basically an eviction notice they couldn't argue with. The raccoons moved out, nobody got hurt, and I finally got my house back. He came back out later and built a custom crawl space door so they can't sneak back in for round two. Solid work and it actually looks good. Renee was easy to talk to, answered fast, and did exactly what he said he'd do. No runaround, no drama. If you've got uninvited guests under your house, call him.

In addition, he was very thorough and honest during the process of requesting a quote. Him and his team came out, secured the areas that were compromised, and caught the one rat causing a ruckus. We haven't had an issue since. On a different note, we had a skunk get a little too comfortable in our yard a few weeks ago, and Renee was quick to respond, quick to come by and set up a humane trap, and within a few days the baby skunk was caught. They came by and assured me the skunk would be rehomed in the wild. We love that. I hope we don't have to call Renee again, but if we do no worries. We know he'll do the job right. I only recommend him. Thank you, Renee and team!
