I'd like to give a huge shout out to Stephanie, the manager on site, and our server Owen. Both individuals went above and beyond to ensure our order exceeded all expectation, even given the fact that they were slammed with customers while being short staffed for the day. Stephanie spent time at every table, wearing a welcoming smile and showing genuine interest in other's needs. The service itself was incredibly speedy and our food was not only tasty but generously proportioned for the amount paid. My husband loved his coleslaw chicken sandwich and my chopped salad was sizable enough I have leftovers for lunch again tomorrow. There's plenty of parking, an outdoor patio, comfy chairs inside and clean bathrooms offered. I appreciate the convenient location too, as it's close to home and other essential shopping like King Soopers. We'll definitely plan to revisit soon! read more

Figured it was my first time so I'd go for the headliner. Taste is good. Nothing exceptional. Bun is very basic. The thing is, I have to think if I'm getting my money's worth and my conclusion is. No. It's really a fairly small sandwich for over $10. With so many chicken places, I can't think of a reason I'd come back here. read more

Employees are very friendly, but not too much interaction is required since you order at a computer and pick up your own food. Of course there is no requirement or even suggestion to tip, so that's unprecedented! It all came out quickly. Hubs had the Original and enjoyed it. My daughter loves the chicken tenders and I tried a bite and they were good. But the review is mine, and I had the Nashville Hot and I just thought it was meh. The chicken was tender, but the breading isn't noteworthy to me and it's just that and a couple pickles. No sauce. So I was underwhelmed. Tots are good. The fries were stale and not great. Definitely go with the tots. The sauces are tiny. We tried the ranch, bird sauce, and mustard. All were good. I'd prefer one with a kick, but mine didn't come with an option. it was pretty excited to try. ended up getting teriyaki chicken sandwich, some fries and a strawberry shortcake milkshake. I was a little disappointed with the food portions as my sandwich was more bun than chicken. the chicken was also a bit dry. My milkshake was also kind of iffy not a huge fan of the shortcake. Hopefully they add a strawberry only option. The only good thing about my meal that I didn't fully finish was the fries because who doesn't like fries. read more

Came here on opening night for some shakes and video games with the kids! Great space with a really nice outdoor patio. Customer service is friendly and staff seem happy to be there, which they are known for. They also have margs, beer on tap and frose so this will be a popular spot! We are so happy to have you in our neighborhood and be able to walk to a new place! I haven't even talked about the food, which is top notch and we're already going back for lunch. We gad a very nice lunch at this Birdcall. We had the Rancher sandwich with loaded tots, a Frose and a bbq slider. The Rancher and its sauce were succulent. If you don't like the tots spicy, you can remove the jalapeños and nashville seasoning, and voilà! The bbq sider was good, but I would hope they make this a regular sandwich. It was too small for me. The 20 oz Frose was delicious and enough for 2 people! It was a great compliment to the chicken. I enjoyed the dinning experience because they have 2 arcade games that you can play for free. Meh, this place is ok. I won't be back but my husband said he would. We got the 3 piece original tenders, tots, fries and a Nashville hot deluxe sandwich. The sandwich and tots were the winners. Husband said he would go back for the sandwich. The original tenders lacked any flavor. The sauces I got with them, ranch and birdcall were also lacking. Not sure if it's because we make our own ranch at home all the time, but their ranch was bland. CFA tenders are def better. I am disappointed since this place is so close. LOVED the whole experience here at Birdcall. Stephanie served us at the cash register and delivered our meals to the patio outside. Sooo nice to have a dog friendly place for lunch. Best yet was the big bowl of fresh water and a perfect pup cup for our dog! Two other Birdcall team members checked to make sure he had plenty of water and pup cups!!!! Just amazing service. we were really excited to check out this new place in our neighborhood. We ordered an original chicken sandwich, the 2 slider box with tots and 2 piece tenders kids meal. The timer on the screen started at 20 mins. Once the timer hit to two mins it changed to "soon", which is when I started my timer. it took another 23 mins from that point. When our food came the chicken was over cooked, the sliders and the tenders were almost smaller than my index finger. The fries and tots were undercooked. They charge for each sauce and we still didn't get the sauces we bought. They do however have great lemonade. most likely won't return any time soon. read more

Staff is very friendly, restaurant is well lit and clean. I do find the drive thru a little oddly configured. Birdcall would get 5 stars but the food is so bland! I've been a few times and ordered sandwiches, tenders, fries and/or tots. Everything is clearly fresh and hot, but there's no seasoning! Restaurant was clean, food was delish, and they had some free arcade games!! We loved playing NFL blitz for a few minutes while waiting for our food. New spot corner of University and Dry Creek across from Arapahoe HS. Chicken is good...has a homemade taste. Sauces are nothing special kinda like every other sauce out there. Staff is great. Drive thru set up is awkward. Pick up spots not the best, not readily seen from University entrance-- and forces one to walk thru busy drive thru traffic to get the front door. There were no directions in the app as to where to grab mobile orders so went thru drive thru line where we were informed mobile orders were "pick up in store". This would have been helpful to know ahead of time. As a result we were stuck in drive thru line and were greeted by cold food because it had sat there for a bit. Also not a fan of "food in box" especially fries as they get soggy in a closed container as was in this case. Overall food was ok but nothing really stood out with a wow factor. First world problems but there are a ton of chicken options out there now. Choose what's right for you. read more

We have been here three times, trying to give it more chances. The food is good, but it is SOOOO slow. Also, the way they have everything set up makes no sense. Chaotic and stressful the moment you walk in. We went in today on a Sunday, with almost no one there, ordered one kids meal and it still took 15 minutes. every single employee here is so inviting and generous. the moment you walk in the door they greet you. i am asked on average 2 times per meal here if everything is going well, and it always is. the food here is absolutely bomb, and every piece of chicken is equally as crispy, juicy, and tender. they have their menu down to perfection. on top of all of this they are always handing out free coupons, discounts, or free meals which is perfect for broke high schoolers. it is such a clean and gorgeous interior and exterior which makes me feel like i have my life together. going to bridcall was the highlight of my day. read more

Location needed attention to cleaning off table tops, every available table was dirty. The bar counter had trays stacked and boxes behind the counter that could be seen from across the room. Lack of cleanliness all around the soda dispenser. Catchup on counter tops needed to be wiped up. Floor needed to be swept. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looked like and bathroom questionable. Clean fresh location with a great vibe inside. I love the hand wash station outside the bathroom and think all finger food restaurants should take notes. Top notch staff with friendly faces and helpful attitudes. My only complaint is that the prices are higher than their competition and the food consistency is not. I really enjoy their tenders but the consistency in quality is hit or miss. When I pay more I expect more, and they have missed the mark a few times. I've become a frequent flyer but I feel disappointed when my food isn't as good as it was on previous visits.
