When I received the coffee, it was only around 4-5 ounces and, despite asking for it extra hot, it was barely warm--closer to cold than hot. Unfortunately, the taste was also extremely weak and watery, with very little coffee flavor. I was charged $5.50 for this. Considering the price, the very small portion, the temperature, and the quality, I found the experience unacceptable. Many other coffee shops in San Francisco offer a larger, properly prepared Americano at a lower price. There were other customers sitting nearby, so I chose not to make an issue of it at the time. However, I left feeling that I had simply wasted my money. I would not return, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering visiting think twice before spending their money here.
