She doesn't just ask you where to focus, she also asks you why it hurts and then adjusts her approach from there. She was the first to teach me about lymphatic drainage massage which flushes toxins out of your body and as crazy as it sounds I'm a believer! I only wish that I knew her when I was pregnant so that I could take advantage of her pre-natal massage.
