However, after being placed on the decompression table, everything changed. I was unable to get up because my legs began spasming so severely that I could barely move. I was nearly wheeled out of the office. I have never experienced anything like that in my life, and it was honestly terrifying. What disappointed me even more was what happened afterward--nothing. Despite experiencing what I considered a significant medical event in their office, no one called or checked on me later that day to see if I was okay. A simple follow-up phone call would have shown compassion and concern for a patient who left in far worse condition than expected. I understand that not every treatment has the desired outcome, and I know complications can happen. My concern is with the complete lack of follow-up after such a serious incident. Patient care shouldn't end when someone walks out the door, especially when they almost couldn't walk out at all. I hope they improve their post-treatment follow-up procedures so no one else feels as overlooked as I did.

I've had PT a couple of times before in a different state and Rebound was the best. The atmosphere is congenial, light and professional and educational. My recovery was great and my knee is doing well a year post op. I've referred a couple of friends to Rebound and would go back there again without hesitation if I needed PT again. I repeated asked mul times a day for some warmer clothes as I was freezing. you are only given one blanket. Ms. Misha gave me a second blanket to try to warm up but the unit was soooo cold and you couldn't take blankets into the rec area. On Monday the nurse yelled at me to "cover my legs " as shorts were not permitted. I was given paper scrubs that fell down over my behind. Other gender neutral people were still permitted to just wear shorts!! On Tuesday (5 days in facility) a BHA offered me a size 20 pair of pants, 5x pair of pants and 3x and 2x pair of pants. I asked him his waste size and added 10 to his number then asked "Could you wear tho pants without a belt?" he responded negatively. The people leading the groups were fantastic! however bring warm clothing and expect not to sleep as they constantly wake you up to ask you to show your bracelet.

I drove in from out of state, and me and my adult daughter wanted to get a much needed muscle work. I called beforehand to make sure they had availability, and we were greeted pleasantly. However, as soon as the woman began my session, I felt like I was getting abused. She was not gently at all. It was more like rough pushing, way too hard even though I said medium pressure. She flung the sheet over me without care. She was also sick because she had to leave the room to hack up her coughing and drink water. This was not what I wanted or needed. Not worth the price either. The next 2 days, my upper back and spine was bruised. I should have filed a complaint, but hope this message speaks for itself. So disappointed and hurt.
