This place is a complete rip-off... so much has been stolen off my boat that I have stored there... batteries, speakers, electronic equipment it is a joke. They do not care... they charge ridiculous late fees (360%... yes that is correct) if you miss a single payment and then... if you miss a second payment expect to pay a $30 Lien notice fee. Stay away if you can... this is the biggest ripoff in storage history!!!! Update... my rent is $50 per month for storage. Just to give you an idea of how bad this place is. I am being forced to pay $160 for my July and August rents (oops I was a bit late).. it is Aug 11th today - can you see a rip-off pattern here... as the actual rent due is only $100 - but they want $160!!!! You call them up and they are rude and not willing to provide any break... ridiculous. Please stay away from this organization!!! You will thank me later. read more

do NOT use this facility.. i came back from a trip and noticed they had changed my lock on my unit. when asked why all they said was "there wasn't a lock on your unit" so they put one on. which is total BS. and upon opening the unit I noticed basically everything I own had been stolen. 3/4 of the entire unit of my possessions was gone. I had large things in there that would require a truck to move them out ( which would require a gate code to get into the facility). massive paintings, three guitars, heavy cabinets, all my tax documents, many sentímental things I can't get back. upon contacting the Insurance company they offer for your unit, they told me simply not having a lock on your unit, and having no signs of false entry doesn't constitute as theft so they don't cover it. so I'm basically left to just swallow everything as a lose. what's gets me thinking is that I've heard from three other people that this exact same thing has happened to at this same facility. and the staff are zero help and show no signs of sympathy. if this has happened to you here please reach out. read more

This storage place sucks. My place was broken into 3 times. They never told me. I had several units thinking hey They weren't dependable. Someone broke into place couple of times, stuff trashed. The rats got in and left their droppings. Water damage as well. Manager told me my stuff had no value, he never told me I needed insurance. The office ladies were nice so I trusted. I have been regular w payments for several years. Little did this little old lady know I would be treated w such disrespect from the owner, I'm insulted. Now he wants me to pay rent on this mess. I lost quality stuff, jewelry etc. Breaks my heart. Please don't go to this place if you value your things. read more

They have notary public for just US$10 per document. Mr. Randy Poole was always accommodating even without an appointment. I think I heard him mention about opening shop on a weekend if requested in advance. Not so sure about their other methods of payment but I always come in with a US$ cash. read more

Great service friendly staff. If you just want to use the mail services its great. They have problems with security concerning the travel trailers and such there. Security has been a problem there, tweekers just climb over the fence or the containers. All they say is sorry. I am moving my trailer down the road to Bella they have security cameras and some one lives on site. I feel that I can no longer use this place for storage its not secure. read more

I have had a friend who has had a storage unit there for couple years now with no problems. After fighting breast cancer and having chemo and radiation this year she basically lived at the hospitaI, so she was happy to come home and get stuff out of storage for her home. She had sub rented her home for the time she was away in hospital to ensure she wouldnt lose her home.. We had gone to her storage and I was utterly stunned with what I saw...there were rat droppings and chewed up insulation all over her unit and her stuff had been pissed and pooped on. Sentimental items like her sons baby blankets , her clothes, even the boxes her stuff was in, has been chewed up to the point where she had to throw them away. ..and were not talking just a couple droppings..there are massive amounts of droppings and insulation from the ceiling all over the floor and her stuff. She broke down in tears.. Even the neighbors unit suffered.. ..so she proceed to go to the front and speak t o Lori. She says "they will check it out". okay so we close it up and go back couple days later and notice popcorn on the floor of her unit. Popcorn? she had not been here for a year...where did popcorn come from.She doesnt eat popcorn due to being allergic.And it was not there when we were there before. She goes back up to desk and speaks again with Lori and she proceeds to tell her " its her fault that she shouldnt have kept food in the unit". Food in her unit..Im standing there and my friend never mentioned anything about food in her unit. .so how did Lori know there was food "popcorn" in her unit?.The neighbors next to her had same problem..there was this mystery popcorn on the floor. She has had continuing issues with Lori since she rented her unit and her concerns seem to fall on deaf ears. The neighbors have also complained and yet nothing has been done. I took pictures of the poop up towards the ceiling and the insulation hanging from ceiling and will post them on CL. We thought about washing her clothes but so much poop and piss smell she rather just toss out. The kitchen items , bathroom items, bedroom items etc..all have to be cleaned thouroughly.She, nor I for that matter, would ever recommend this storage facility to anyone. Not even an apology. The worst customer service. from gal Lori at the front desk.
