Took 3 weeks for me to get my husband into this particular franchised store. FB friends (in other states) said they've had good results. We walked in ready to spend AT LEAST $100 but both "salesman" looked like they've been smoking good weed instead. We were waiting for them to step up and start asking questions to help my husband choose a good kit for him..... Long story short..... as we're leaving the one guy says... "Well if there's anyway we can help, let us know!" SERIOUSLY we actually walked into your store ready to buy. Went in to buy juice. Needed a flavor I'd bought there before, but I wasn't using the right name or something. Rather than being helpful or trying to help me find something similar, the miserable slag behind the counter felt it necessary to let me know how long she'd been working there. Unfortunately don't give two shits how long she's been working there. It's a tragedy when rather than get someone into one of the 300 juices you sell, you feel it more important to let the customer know what a super cool "expert" you are. Vape shops are a dime a dozen. I went into this store to find a rebuildable Dripper. Their selection was awesome and the customer service was spot on. Unlike alot of the other local retail Vape shops I have been in where you have to wait 25 minutes just to get someones attention. After I bought my Nimbus (which hits like a monster) They even wrapped the coil for me and showed me how I can do it in the future. Thanks guys you guys rock.
