I was there yesterday to check the place out…read more The location isn't bad and there's lots of good parking. However, the interior of the store looks dirty and dingy with the bad lighting and old paint. The amount of customers visiting this vape store, and others in the area, is completely mind-blowing to me but the staff appeared to be friendly and helpful (one of the largest reasons I gave the location 4-stars instead of three). But I could see there being a lot of frustration if the three employees working had more than the 7 customers waiting and any of those customers wanted to know more information than just how a certain juice was. Also, I don't like how they have the area set-up as everyone ultimately has to crowd around the end of the store to see the display cases and available flavors. Again, if there is more than 2-3 customers, you can't see anything. Maybe you could consider something like an assembly line - putting the display cases parallel to the long walls so while customers are waiting in line, they can also browse the available merchandise, then your point-of-sale is at the very end (basically like an L-shape). Next, the prices for available items were more expensive than at other local shops. That may be negligible for some as this location is closer than driving to Ogden or SLC - so while you may spend more at the store, you'll use less gas getting there. I think the store has potential, they just need to spruce up the store a bit and get more/better lighting, new carpet/flooring, and paint the walls - then consider the location of the display cases and it would be a solid 5-stars.
