However, the interior of the store looks dirty and dingy with the bad lighting and old paint. The amount of customers visiting this vape store, and others in the area, is completely mind-blowing to me but the staff appeared to be friendly and helpful (one of the largest reasons I gave the location 4-stars instead of three). But I could see there being a lot of frustration if the three employees working had more than the 7 customers waiting and any of those customers wanted to know more information than just how a certain juice was. Also, I don't like how they have the area set-up as everyone ultimately has to crowd around the end of the store to see the display cases and available flavors. Again, if there is more than 2-3 customers, you can't see anything. Maybe you could consider something like an assembly line - putting the display cases parallel to the long walls so while customers are waiting in line, they can also browse the available merchandise, then your point-of-sale is at the very end (basically like an L-shape). Next, the prices for available items were more expensive than at other local shops. That may be negligible for some as this location is closer than driving to Ogden or SLC - so while you may spend more at the store, you'll use less gas getting there. I think the store has potential, they just need to spruce up the store a bit and get more/better lighting, new carpet/flooring, and paint the walls - then consider the location of the display cases and it would be a solid 5-stars.

Capital City Antique Mall came up in my search (well there was another but they are closed on Tuesdays), and I was very pleased to find that they were in a large warehouse with plenty of vendors. That just means tons of cool stuff to scour through! And indeed there was plenty of artifacts and fun finds to take my time perusing! There were a few items that I wanted but couldn't purchase for the sake of space or other reasons, but they were absolutely beautiful. The photos I've shared below are only scratching the surface of the gamut of items that you can find at the antique mall. I ended up purchasing some small items to add to my shelf of collectibles at home, including my very first glass insulator. The staff are nice and everything is quite reasonably priced compared to CA antique stores. We will definitely be revisiting Capital City Antique Mall the next time we are in SLC!

Not only do they sell antique items, but I spotted some displays of locally crafted earrings and newer items in awesome condition. I come here to find a unique gift for special loved ones and always leave with more than what I was looking for. The employees are super friendly, which is a huge bonus. Some vendors had unique goods, but honestly, most of them looked like they were simply reselling clothes they bought from thrift stores. It would've been great if I would've found an old Utah shirt, but I wasn't able to find one. I did get this super cute vest for $5! Critical- Again, most of the clothes looked like they were just bought from a thrift store to be resold. Many prices weren't marked on racks. And cash only entrance, so I had to pull money out of the ATM, which costed me more than the $3 admission fee.

LIke everything else here, this area is changing, and the flea moved about two years ago. When I visited the location at the Gateway, it didn't even seem like the same market. First, they charge an admission fee. Everything is also very spread out among the gateway buildings and outside areas. Many more booths with clothing that was more flea and less vintagey. Hardly any really unique booths. A few of the older vendors you might recognize, but the vibe is just very different.

Unfortunately, the only thing they had left was mint -- they had run out of everything else. Even though I couldn't get most of what I wanted, everyone inside was very friendly and welcoming. The store itself was nice, but the vegetable area outside was a bit disappointing -- the ground was dirty and wet, which got my clothes and shoes messy. The value of the plant was really good. I'm glad I was able to find at least one thing I needed, and I'll try to come earlier next year in hopes they have more in stock.

This locally owned plant nursery will blow your socks off. They have the nicest staff. It's hard to…read moretrack them down, because they're completely hands on and stay busy taking great care of the plants they have. A couple of friends and I stopped by for the succulent class. Desiree spent over an hour with us, helping us choose our plants, talking to us about our selections and helping us pot them. The cost of everything is SO affordable and is better quality than anything I've ever found elsewhere. Check out their classes and stop by to see them!

The set up is similar to an indoor flee market. They have many cute things and it could be dangerous for me to spend too much time looking through all the booths, since I may just buy everything I see. I bought an item from one of the booth owners through social media advertising, and we met at the store. She let me browse through everything to see what all the latest displays were. The Christmas theme was prominent throughout, but there were plenty of other vintage items. I'm partial to anything with dogs, and they have many many items, big and small, that I could fall in love with. I would recommend everyone to stop in, when they are in the area.
