Lena (so sorry if I misspelled her name) was the sweetest woman to ever serve me a vape.

This place is my go to vape shop. It's close to my house and they have a pretty good variety of disposable vapes, for good prices and the loyalty program is pretty good also. Unfortunately I will probably not be doing business with them any more after today. Bought two disposable vapes on Wednesday this week, an ultra and an elf bar. Today as I got the ultra vape it would get stuck and keep firing after I took a hit. So I went back in to let them know about the problem and asked if they wanted to take it back to send back to the company. Out of the three employees there, two of them just looked at me like I was speaking a language they didn't understand. The other one finally spoke up, as the other two stood there silently, and said we can't give you a new vape, when that one is defective. First off, I never asked for an exchange, I came in to let you know about a problem with the products you are selling. Second, I don't want to walk around with a vape in my pocket that could possibly overheat pr explode. I explained my problem again, mentioning that it does not stop firing. They all Just kind of looked at me, so I left the vape on the counter and walked out the door. Customer service skills are seriously lacking at this store and even though I did not ask for a replacement, if a company is not willing to back up the products they sell, I guess I'll just have to find a new spot. read more

I went into vapor mania just to get a box of coils. They did not have a box of coils so they sold me five coils which was $22. I can get the same box in Idaho for 16 then I went to just pick up my regular juice that I usually do at the gas station. vapor mania. charge me $28 I walked out the door and looked at the box and turned around and said this was $28 and he said yes. at the gas station I can get it for $16.08 . I just thought why I was there picking up coils. I would just pick up my regular EJ. I asked for my money back, this guy was new. he said he did not know how to give me a refund. I said call your manager, He didn't have enough to give me my money back. they didn't give me all my money back. I've been going to them for five years. Will not take another step in there ridiculous. read more

The coils are a good price but the customer service sucks. The Riverdale location is in the perfect spot. But if you drive to South ogden on Harrison Blvd you can get 2 bottles of the best juice for $32! And 24/7. read more

I was there yesterday to check the place out. The location isn't bad and there's lots of good parking. However, the interior of the store looks dirty and dingy with the bad lighting and old paint. The amount of customers visiting this vape store, and others in the area, is completely mind-blowing to me but the staff appeared to be friendly and helpful (one of the largest reasons I gave the location 4-stars instead of three). But I could see there being a lot of frustration if the three employees working had more than the 7 customers waiting and any of those customers wanted to know more information than just how a certain juice was. Also, I don't like how they have the area set-up as everyone ultimately has to crowd around the end of the store to see the display cases and available flavors. Again, if there is more than 2-3 customers, you can't see anything. Maybe you could consider something like an assembly line - putting the display cases parallel to the long walls so while customers are waiting in line, they can also browse the available merchandise, then your point-of-sale is at the very end (basically like an L-shape). Next, the prices for available items were more expensive than at other local shops. That may be negligible for some as this location is closer than driving to Ogden or SLC - so while you may spend more at the store, you'll use less gas getting there. I think the store has potential, they just need to spruce up the store a bit and get more/better lighting, new carpet/flooring, and paint the walls - then consider the location of the display cases and it would be a solid 5-stars. read more

Wasn't please with the customer service on Sunset. The guy with the Mohawk was totally trying to rip us off. We brought in our tube mod to replace our rda tank for a new one. He placed some rda's on the counter and said that these would work best for our mod. So we then purchased the tip along with some juices. Then all hell broke loose... Mind you all is paid for already without given a receipt and including our 10% off coupon. We then calculated in our heads, the total of everything before leaving. And low and behold the total was way off. We then told the guy that something isn't right with our purchase. He then pulled up our invoice. No 10% off on our total purchase, Juices were priced differently then posted on the wall, and found out the darn rda tip doesn't fit our mod. Oh how were pissed!!! We then told guy that we want a refund. And the guy had the nerve to say. Sorry we can't give refunds. After arguing with the guy that nothing was opened, nor did we leave the store. He finally gave us our refund and we left. Never again will we do business here... read more

Poor customer service. Employee told me that I didn't know about the tank I have been using for over a year. Sold me a junk coil that lasted two days ( even ruining the wattage he recommended). They were unwilling to "make it right". read more

Do not buy anything from this shop. They will not honor their own return policy written on their website. From the moment I came in to ask about a return they were incredibly rude to me. The mod I had purchased melted a charging cord, which seemed unsafe to me. They replied saying I can only use the cord it came with. This is included nowhere in the documentation of the device. All that aside, the short woman that manages this store is unbelievably rude. I will be telling everyone I know to go elsewhere and to support shops that support their customers when they need help. I drove all the way from Orem to come here, which was a huge mistake. The least knowledgable and polite vape shop I have ever been to. Wish I could give them zero stars. read more

This place has a lot of e juices and products. I love there mods, tanks, and most of there tips. But I've tried 6-7 e juices and not overly excited about there flavors. I buy all my accessories here, but juice.. Not so much. read more

First, because they put a sign on the wall stating "All sales are final", I guess that makes it okay. BUT, I bought a Snow Wolf mod yesterday and when I got up today it was dead. I went back to the store today and they swapped out a brand without me actually holding it. All of its corners were sharp and uncomfortable, as well as it been too easy to accidently change it's setting (VooPoo Drag). When I went back to the store I told them I'd be happy to take a store credit, but to my disappointment I was told that I can't return it "just because I don't like it". Let me state again, the salesperson NEVER even took the display unit out of the case for me to hold it. TOTAL FAIL and I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere. I know I am. read more

Not a big fan of getting treated like $hit so I'm not a fan of this store. If you go to the store in riverdale road then you get treated a little better. But the Sunset city store, if you don't know EXACTLY what you want and know all there is to know about vaping don't bother going here because you get treated like "tell me what you want and get the he!! out of here". The only people that work there (that I have met) are so much better than me because I don't own the 5 thousand dollar vaping equipment. If you go here you will see what I mean. I have been going to this Vape store since I started vapeing. I am pretty sure that they had not been open to long. I started vapeing about 5 years ago. I am ALWAYS acknowledged the moment I walk in the door. I never have had to wait long for help. If there us any wait it is because business is good and sometimes people ( like me) need a little know how from a staff member. So it has never been because the staff is just being lazy and not wanting to work. I always have come through the doors and their is a employee at the counter or up front, so the place is ready for business at all times, All the guys ( since I haven't seen any ladies behind the counter in some time) are great! These guys are usually friendly and helpful with any questions I have. The location in Riverdale is more helpful but overall they are great. They make their own juice at an offsite facility and in my opinion it is top notch. The value is worth your time to stop by and see them. I'm giving one star only because I like their juice. The customer service use to be great, but has seriously gone down hill. Heaven for bid you walk in and want to buy something when the girl working there is on the Internet.......you will get nothing but attitude and dirty looks!! I am a 78 year young woman and I just have to say the customer service is wonderful. I have been going to the Sunset store for years and everyone has been so polite and helpful and have never lost patience with me and all my silly questions. I bet I am their oldest customer. read more

Vapor Mania is Great! Their juices are great and the people are always patient and helpful. I've tried a couple other vap shops (Gourmet Vapors, River Walk) Gourmet Vapor's vaps are too sugary and made my teeth feel like they are going to rot out of my mouth. Both of these other places dried out my gums and hurt my mouth. I have had no such problems at Vapor Mania. Vapor Mania's Smarties is my favorite and it is not purple like most other places. Purple dye is one of the worst dyes for you. Gourmet Vapors Smarties taste more like lime rickey. The only down fall to this place is I live north of Ogden and this place is in sunset. I don't make it that direction very often so it's a special trip just to go get vapors. Well worth the drive though. Also I with they had a taste bar set up like both of the other two I mentioned do. It is somewhat helpful when trying to find a new flavor. I know on line you have the option of a 30ml. I wish they would offer that when you are in the store. You may be able to get those but they do not offer. read more

Juice bottles are small and over priced. And their customer service is horrible, every male in there acts like they are too cool to take the time to help you. I really don't care for the way I get treated here, like neither I nor my business matters to them and if I have any questions then that makes me an idiot. However, they are the only shop I know of around here that carries KILO juices, so I will continue to frequent Vapor Mania each week until another local, more customer service oriented business starts to carry it. read more

I've stepped foot in this store exactly once in my life, and was VERY disappointed. I called about 10 minutes before I came in to make sure that they had an Ohm reader, and the guy on the phone confirmed they did have some. I showed up and there were about 4 employees in the store. I was not greeted, and they all stood there until I said what I needed, then I was left in the front of the store by myself for 15 minutes while all of them went into the back. There was no, "sorry about the wait" or "Give me just a second to find it" The worst customer service I have ever received, and I will NEVER shop there again. read more

First of all let me state that the review on 2/12/14 is totally not what I experienced. I first stepped into this store a few weeks ago to check them out. They were packed, but made me feel like i was the only customer that was in the room when it was my turn. As far as the 'smoke' in the shop....ummmmm.....hello....McFly....it's a vape shop. what the hell do you expect? Try a vape shop in Cali (where I am from) and then get back to me. anyhow...i had some battery issues and had to go back weekly. i was met with patient and helpful customer service. and actually was offered a discount due to having to go back so much. I also, was given a free battery as well. I will continually come back to Vapor Mania for all my vape needs. I am so tired of these customers that have nothing better to do but expect some sense of entitlement when they walk into a joint. Not to offend anyone...even though i am sure I did....The longer I live in this state, I think it must be a Utah thing. Sad. read more

Good shop-I usually buy my supplies online but I stepped in to this shop to pick up some juice because I forgot to bring some when I was down visiting family. The guy who worked with me was great and very knowledgeable when I had a couple questions about some of the other products. I did feel bad because there was another girl in the shop that was being helped by a lady who was not being very receptive. She didn't know the right questions to ask and the lady working was absolutely no help to her. I am just glad I had someone nicer helping me out. The flavors I purchased were great-better than what I get online so I may start ordering from them online. I would go talk to these guys if you are looking for information on products, but don't be surprised if some of them are not helpful. Flavors and products are great though, and my personal experience was good as well. read more

All of the employees are really nice expect for one of my visits this one guy made me feel stupid because my batteries were fried. But other than that. I've had no issues.
