This vape shop is located in the Newgate Mall Shopping Strip across from the mall on the north side. These guys know there stuff, and will help you find the right flavors of juice, the mod that fits yourself just right. There staff are quick and helpful, and although there are not rushes of people, the main retail floor is a bit small and cramped probably if more than 10 people were in waiting to shop. They are well worth a visit for the Vape Nation crew, and their juices are bomb and awesome read more

Prices on juice are very competitive, and the selection is fantastic. You could try a new flavor combination every day and probably never run out of options. The staff is all over the place though: A couple times, including my first time, they were fantastic. Very helpful and courteous. They didn't make me feel stupid when I asked stupid questions, and really helped me get started on a vaping system - and it worked really well for me. The bad experiences were really bad though. There was a time where I went in there, and two of the employees were arguing at each other very loudly. Screaming and swearing at each other. It was really uncomfortable and I ended up leaving. Another time, I went in to get a new charger for my vaping unit. The one that came with it didn't work at all. The employee got mad at me as if it was my fault, when it seriously wasn't; it was broken out of the box. He begrudgingly went to the back and came back with a charger that wasn't even the same model. I asked if it would work with mine, and he just said "Yeah it should" and sent me on my way. It worked fine, but I really didn't enjoy the experience. read more

By far this is the worst place to buy juice. Reason one the price is ridiculous for the amount you get 32 bucks for a 50ml uh no thanks. Blue moon has 120ml for about 20bucks and is way better quality. I had to get a bottle quick so i got a 15ml for 10 bucks the quality of the juice was way runny and had no flavor. Very disappointed in this vape store will never ever go again. Not even worth giving any stars too. Side note it makes me give a star rating. I have tried for 3 other vape stores and, in my opinion, this place is the best! Pure juice with no residue left in the mouth and simple ingredients I can count on one hand! The staff is awesome, passionate about their job, informative and willing to teach you everything you need to know to make the best decision for your needs. I love the wide variety of juices and being able to have a custom juice made to my taste right there. They have great deals and stay up to date on new equipment. I love the variety of equipment; something for every price range. Every month I go in I get a lower percentage of nicotine in my juice and it's the best way for me to quit smoking and quickly! I completely recommend this place if you are looking to switch to vaping or need/want to try a new place or different juice. As for the juice selection: they are constantly changing things up, while keeping the good favorites. If one of your favorites becomes discontinued, they are more than happy to custom make it for you in whatever percentage you need! Amazing idea and it works well in most cases. I bought two bottles of juice with their cheesecake base flavor. One in caramel and one in strawberry. Their caramel cheesecake flavor was great! New coil with that juice was fantastic! Separate tank, same model mod/tank/coil with the new strawberry cheesecake and it was awful. I reloaded the tank for three days thinking it might be a bad coil. It wasn't. I found the trick today, though! If you have anything with a strawberry flavor, get some air into it and let it steep for a month. I just tried that terrible strawberry cheesecake again today and it's actually on point. TL:DR: If you buy anything strawberry, put some air into it and let it steep for a month or so. It gets better. Prices are a little bit above average for "premium" e-juice, though. Custom juice is fun, but I learned that you have to let it rest too long to be convenient. read more

My Mini iStick died while I was on vacation and this was the first place I found that carried low-voltage batteries. I called before hand and confirmed it was there. I was in the store shortly after and the woman behind the counter was great with helping us. She gave me a 20% discount for being a first time customer plus the fact it was a holiday. She was from CA and she was very nice. My friend said that he just bought the same tank that this place sells and we told her about it and she said that we should bring it in so she can assist with it, because the one my friend has leaks unnecessarily. She was great with customer service, even tried to get me a power cable for my new stick vape, but they were out :( Oh well, this was a nice place and I'm sure I'd stop by here again to try out some of their flavors. read more

Realy pricey premium juice but there house juice is actually really good. Picked up 3 30ml bottles for like 55 bucks. Griffin and warlock were the top two ones hat I picked out. Probably won't stop again because I travel for a living but def worth a stop. read more

This place is amazing! We went in as first time vapor users. Staff made us feel totally comfortable and explained everything in detail to us. We never felt stupid for any of our questions as newbies! Our sales person Dallas was amazing! He acted excited for us to quit our smoking habit and spent over an hour with us explaining vaping. Such professional service, great products at a very reasonable price but most of all...the adherence to delivering high quality and mindful healthful products while keeping the customer in mind at all times, type service. We passed over multiple vapor stores in the vicinity due to low ratings and are so glad we did! This is where we will ALWAYS do our business due to the AMAZING customer service! I have always heard nothing but negative things about this place and I thought differently up until today. I will never come here again. I went in there and told the girl my atomizers weren't working because two of them were broken and she took my whole ecig apart and spilled my full tank of juice and got juice all over my ecig and didn't even offer to replace the juice that was spilt along with the broken atomizers. Not only that everytime I go to get new atomizers they NEVER have them! I usually end up waiting weeks to get one!! read more

Stay away from this shop. Ive only been to the location in Ogden by Newgate Mall. Customer service varies depending on the person behind the desk. I've often been treated well, except recently went for coils only to be treated poorly by a male staff member. I asked for coils and was being helped by a pleasant female staff member. The man walked to the counter from the back and repeatedly told me they were out of stock for any item I need. I turned to leave and the female staff member let me know he was teasing me. His female counterpart told him his joking was inappropriate, and he responded by saying that if I don't find his behavior funny I can take my business elsewhere. I'm doing just that, and recommend you do too. Don't support businesses that abuse their customers. read more
